Overall, it was a satisfying hotel in terms of price, location, cleanliness, and staff attitude. 1. I chose a river view room and was assigned to the 20th floor. Although the 26th floor is the top floor, I could still enjoy a great view of the Chao Phraya River from the 20th floor. I could also see the Icon Siam across the river. There was a very small balcony, but I couldn't stay outside for long due to the outdoor unit. 2. The room was for 4 people, with one king bed and two single beds outside. There was one bathroom, but there was a separate bathtub outside the shower, so two people could use it at the same time. Toothbrushes & toothpaste, soap, shower cap, cotton swabs, shampoo & conditioner, shower gel, and body lotion were provided, and if there was a shortage, they would provide more according to the notice. 3. There was also a kitchen with an induction stove and basic tableware, so you could cook. The disposable coffee and water provided in the room were all free, and they were refilled the next day, so you could use them without checking which ones were free. There was also a washing machine and a single-use amount of detergent, so you could do laundry. There were also hangers and a clothes rack next to the washing machine, so you could dry your clothes. 4. The hotel was old, so it had a somewhat worn-out feel, but the cleanliness was very good, and there was no inconvenience in using the room. One unusual thing was that they came to clean the room around 9:30 am every day for three days, so I requested them to come back later. 5. From the moment the staff member entered the hotel, they helped with the luggage and not only guided me to the room but also kindly explained how to use everything in the room. In addition, every staff member I met in the hotel lobby smiled and greeted me. When I checked out, they also took care of my luggage, and when it rained on the last day, I asked if I could borrow an umbrella, and they gladly lent me one. I also took a shower in the sauna room because I got soaked in the rain. While waiting for the Grab, they even asked when the Grab would arrive and put my luggage in the Grab for me. I am very grateful to all of them. 6. The hotel has a restaurant, sauna room, gym, swimming pool, and meeting rooms on the L floor. I didn't apply for breakfast separately, so I don't know how it tasted. I wanted to go to the swimming pool, but unfortunately, it rained on the day I planned to go, so I just looked around inside. 7. It was easy to access because I could walk from the hotel to the BTS Saphan Taksin station or take a water bus from the Sathorn pier. 8. It is adjacent to the Robinson department store, and there is a door that leads directly from the department store to the hotel. There are also Subway, KFC, and McDonald's in Robinson, so it's recommended if you don't like local food. McDonald's is open 24 hours, so you can go out and eat right away when you're hungry in the middle of the night. There are also many local restaurants nearby, so you can go out and eat in the morning. There are also many stores that deliver through Grab.

This is my third stay and the location is great - close to the BTS and the pier. There is plenty of food to eat and a nearby Robinson department store. The family room is spacious with complete amenities including a large refrigerator, washing machine, dishwashing sink, microwave, and bathtub. It feels like an apartment. The staff is friendly and there is a kid's pool and room that children will enjoy. There is also a sauna room. I highly recommend this place.

Centre Point has been the best place to stay in Bangkok for my family and I. We've stayed at both Silom and Pratunam Branch. Both are excellent in every aspect, location, facilities and staff. The room is spacious, you have your own mini kitchen to cook, reheat food, wash dishes and store food in a big fridge. Yes cutleries and plates are provided in case you decided to dine in your room. The toilet has a shower, bath tub and smart toilet. You may select for a room with a river view but we had a city view which was just as beautiful. The surrounding is a bit more calm and away from all the hustle and bustle. The hotel is located right next to Robinsons and is not too far from the hot spot and shopping destinations . There are many cafes, restaurants and 7 Eleven's within walking distance. My favourite is the food court and street food set up right in front and at the side of Robinsons. If you are driving your own vehicle there is a free parking however the hotel shares a parking space with Robinsons. So the parking for guest are right at the very top. The employees at Centre Point are always very friendly and hospitable. From the receptionist, to the chef's and waiter/waitresses to the security, hotel porter and even maintenance team. They were all very helpful, treat every guest well and did their daily works with a smile. Which makes you feel very welcomed as guest. The hotel might be an old building but I can assure you it is far from it. The hotel image and building paint work is well maintained. The interior is very clean and rooms are well maintained. Other facilities in the hotel are swimming pool, room service dine in, hotel restaurant, gym, meeting room/hall, spa/massage parlour and children's playroom. It is also a walking distance to the river cruise / boat ride so check it out.

Centre Point Silom is our favourite hotel in Asia - and has been all along over many years. We absolutely adore always staying in the same 90sq meter bedroom suite, with a large veranda overlooking the Chao Phraya river. We enjoy watching the traffic on the river, the bridge and the train station below, while we enjoy a cold beverage. The breakfasts have been consistently delicious over the years. The TOPS supermarket downstairs, and the street food market alongside the hotel, meet all of our needs, within comfortable reach. This is important for us, as we are now approaching our seventies with limited mobility! Lastly, but very importantly, every single staff member is courteous and friendly, without exception, making us feel welcome.
