During my month-long trip to Thailand, I chose this hotel for my stay in Bangkok. Since the price was relatively low, I was a bit concerned at first, but it turned out to be one of the most satisfying stays I’ve ever had. --- Pros Location (5/5) Even guests who had a less favorable experience overall (about the hotel) would probably agree that the location of this hotel is outstanding. The hotel is located in a department store building, which makes shopping very convenient. And if Thai food doesn’t quite suit your taste (though I personally believe most people will enjoy it!), you’ll find McDonald’s and KFC on the ground floor and a convenience store right across the street. It’s also within walking distance (around 10 minutes) to access the river taxi and various other transportation options. By car or motorbike, you can easily reach most of Bangkok’s popular tourist attractions in less than 15 minutes, as the hotel is located in the middle of everything. Even a local friend of mine praised the location, so you really don’t need to worry about the location of this hotel. Room Condition (5/5) The first pleasant surprise was that the room size was exactly the same as shown in the photos. In fact, I personally felt it looked even bigger in real life. Frequent travelers probably know the disappointment of walking into a hotel room only to find it much smaller than the photos suggested, but that won’t happen here. The cleanliness of the room was also impeccable. During my 3-night stay, the room was cleaned every day and always spotless. Service (5/5) Even though I checked in late at night due to a flight delay, the staff welcomed me warmly. Whenever I had questions or needed assistance, they responded in a professional and friendly manner. Every time I passed through the entrance—day or night—I felt genuinely welcomed. For a traveler staying in an unfamiliar place, that kind of hospitality makes a world of difference. --- Cons I believe reviews should also mention areas for improvement to stay credible, so I’ll note a couple of minor drawbacks. Noise Because of the hotel’s great location, traffic noise is somewhat unavoidable. Personally, I found it acceptable given the central location, but if you are highly sensitive to noise, it could be an issue. Elevator Maintenance (as of September 2025) At the moment, one of the elevators is out of service, so during peak check-in and check-out hours, the waiting time can be longer. However, I saw repair work being done in the second week of September, and the staff consistently guided guests to use the service/staff elevator when needed, so it didn’t cause much inconvenience. --- Overall Impression & Message to the Hotel Location, room condition, and service—all of them were truly the best I’ve experienced. I’m planning to revisit Bangkok at the end of 2026, and this hotel will definitely be my first choice again. I’ll also be recommending it to my friends and family who plan to visit Bangkok. Very easy to get around and also just 5 mins walk to the BTS Sathoan station and the Pier to IconSiam, Watarum and others attractions. The bed is very comfortable and spacious room with all amenities. Just for one thing for me who very sensitive of sound when sleeping, the aircon fan sound is very loud even the smallest fan and I could not sleep for the whole night until I switch off. Hope they can upgrade the aircon to silent type :) . All the staffs are very friendly and responsible. Would recommend this hotel for BKK, you wont regret it. I am sure will come back to stay again at this hotel with my family. Hope can get more discount or upgrade. ;)

Our room was 2115. The room was very clean. They came every day and changed our towels and cleaned our room. We have the wraparound balcony which was great because you had a great view of the river and also of the city transportation was very close. Stores are very close. The only thing is at night. You can hear the police and ambulance sirens, but if you're really tired, you would just fall asleep and not hear anything staff was very friendly. Price was really good. And the whole facility was clean. I was not too Happy about the breakfast.

Amazing location, close to the pier and the BTS for easy access all over the city, extremely friendly and helpful staff, awesome breakfast with daily changing entrees, besides the classics. There is a lounge, games room, kids room, pool, and sits on top of a department store with a grocery store and food court underneath, and a food market on the side of the building to boot, where there is a night market as well. The rooms are extremely large for asian hotels, and are decently equipped, with a fridge and microwave, separate tub and shower. Only wish the elevators were a little faster, but have no complaints about this hotel at all, would recommend this to anyone.

The room was very spacious and well-equipped with a kitchenette, fridge, and even a washing machine, which is perfect for families or longer stays. The bed was comfortable, the room was spotless, and the baby cot provided was also very cozy — my baby loved it. The room looked vibrant and fresh, likely due to recent renovations. The hotel facilities were also impressive. There’s a lounge with free biscuits and coffee, a nice swimming pool, and a kids’ playroom, all complimentary for guests. Although the pool and kids’ room close a bit early, they are still great additions that made our stay more enjoyable. The location is excellent, with plenty of food options nearby. Local favorites like Jok Prince (pork porridge), Kha Mu Charoensang (pork stew rice), and a small night market are all within walking distance. The only downside was the lift — both elevators are old and quite slow, so be prepared for some waiting time. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended for families and anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great value.
