A relaxing and peaceful stay at Centurion Hotel Namba”
If you visit Osaka and would like to stay near the famous shopping, entertainment and food district of Dotonbori the Centurion hotel is one of the best hotels you could stay with. Located about 10 mins walk from JR East Namba station and about 15 mins from Dotonbori this hotel is located in a quiet neighbourhood of Namba yet just a few steps away from the busy Dotonbori. The check-in was supposed to be 3 PM but the staff allowed us to check in around 230 PM for free. And they are very friendly almost all the staff accommodated my questions and they would really take their time for me. The hotel lobby is very clean, smells fresh and well lit. The room is a bit small for standard but this is normal for some major cities in Japan. The bed is comfortable and the blanket is thick. The aircon is new & well ventilated. The TV is mostly local channels. The only thing is wifi is a bit slow. The toilet and tub are clean and the toiletries supplied are organic including body oil which I like.

I stayed at this hotel for couple days, the staff at front desk are very friendly and helpful. The room was so clean and neat , I love all amenities in bathroom , it smells good and good to my sensitive skin too.

Kinda small room but make me happy”
Physically, the room size is pretty small. We are a group of three. It is quite difficult to us to walk in the room. On the other hand, staffs' services make me feel like home. You can see them smile and thank you every time you see each other. The kind service mind os excellent. They will not get in an elevator if you were inside. They want you to feel comfortable as much as possible. The facilities inside the room is great, e.g. toiletries, and electicity outlets. If you are okay with a small room, I'm highly recommend this hotel. Even if I have a plan to Osaka again, I will be back here as well.

Worth it”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. They give you clear instructions upon check-in. They also can recommend places you can visit nearby. The rooms are large enough by Japan standards. The hotel is literally a short walk to OCAT. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We were impressed! The hotel is new and facilities were superb. The breakfast was great! Location is 3-5minutes slow walk 2 train stations exit (JR Line and Midosoji Line). There is also a grocery store nearby which we really love. Dotonbori/Shinshaibashi is just an easy 15mins leisurely walk away. If you expect a huge space for your room though, this might not be suited for you. Like all standard Japanese business hotels, space is very tight. Will I recommend this hotel to my friends? Will I go back here should I visit Osaka again? Definitely!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Although the room is small (hardly open my 29" luggage), it was very clean and equipped with everything u need for a hotel room. What i like the most is, there are air-con instead of only heater despite the weather is cold. Location of the hotel is superb. Will definitely come back again.

Room and toilet is relatively small but works well for us. There is even a window which is fantastic. They even have a good hair dryer and fabric freshener as well. Distance is about 10mins walk to Dontonburi. Less than 5mins walk away is a big supermarket. It is near to OCAT as well, recommend to take the bus to/from KIX so that you dont have to deal with carrying heavy suitcase up/down stairs at the train stations.

Nice and quite hotel for family trip”
The location and bunk beds was the main criteria which we have chosen this hotel. The staff is a quite nice and friendly people which can talk with you in English to understand. Since we arrived at the children' day we got a "surprise" for our daughter. Great and unique experience!

Although hotel room is really small, I like how it is very clean and has all the amenities that we need. It is located pretty near a JR station as well (within walking distance) and near a bustling district filled with lots of eateries and shopping! I like that there’s a 24H supermarket near the hotel as well.

It's within walking distance to train station, Dotonbori etc. Stone throw from Aeon supermarket. We are with old folks and young. Walking was a problem for us, will probably be a better idea for staying right next to train station instead. Overall, it's value for money.

Clean but small room”
Walkable from Namba station, around 10min. Quiet neighborhood, mostly residential. Nearby Aeon Kohyo supermarket has lots of good quality, ready to eat meals cheaper than restaurant food. Hotel is very compact yet still remains to be charming. Though room feels kinda cramped especially for 3 adults. Just enough for short stay, otherwise it might get a little uncomfy. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh.

There is also KOHYO Super Market which opens 24hours about 2min from this Hotel. Anytime you can buy foods or goods such amenities. As for rooms, we serve basically simple and functional room.
