Feels like Home! ”

The hotel gives great services and accommodates all our request! The staffs were nice and helpful. The place was always clean and tidy with great view of the city. It is location wise since it is near the train stations, tourists spots, and many to mention. There's a lot of restaurants around the hotel not to mention the Harry Potter Cafe which is a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. and if I am around the city, I would probably stay again at the Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka.

In the middle of a great part of Akasaka”

Pros: 1. Great location close to a subway station on critical lines. Also many shops and restaurants just out the door. 2. Excellent staff. 3. Comfortable bedding. 4. Nice bathtub, with nice complimentary bath products. Cons: 1. Room did not appear as in pictures, it lacked some furnishings was a bit worn, and unusually dusty. 2. The on site onsen listed by booking sites as an amenity is not an included amenity and must be paid for separately. 3. Breakfast amenity listed on booking sites is suspended due to COVID measures, as is bar/cafe. However all nearby restaurants, bars, and cafes are open and packed with guests. Overall a comfortable stay.

Moved across to the less nice building”

I thought I would be staying at the main building, but got moved across to an unattended building "Centurion Hotel Vintage", anyone can walk in and get up the floor. Rooms are okay, staff at the main building are super helpful and nice, but would've been better if the booking up-front told me which building I'd be staying in.

Good, but can be better. ”

Travel with family. Total of 5 people in a room. Near the subway station. But the station was not a popular one. The crew is polite and helpful. I would suggest some facility problems to improve: 1. better to renew the facility to use room key to control the elevator of Annex building, since no staff at the first floor at night. 2. some electric plug was not functioning well. 3. the bathing room is good, but the location of the facuet was too low. I know it is a Japanese style design, then why not gave a small bench to sit ?

Very Pleasant Stay”

I was very pleased with my decision to stay at the Centurion Hotel Grand Akasaka Mitsuke Station. The location is in the business district of Tokyo, but is still very lively. I was able to get where I needed to be via train or taxi and the area is well served on foot for food or entertainment. The facility itself was exceptionally quiet, clean, and comfortable. My room was expectedly small, but I had a very comfortable bed, flat-screen TV, a small desk, great bathroom and very functional WIFI. The water pressure during showers was also superb. The front desk staff were not uniformly conversant in English at all times, but during the daytime shift it was fine and we got through it. At all times, the staff were as kind and helpful as can be. I recommend this facility and, overall, I would not hesitate to stay there again on future visits.

Really great location!”

Me and my parents stayed at the Centurion Hotel Grand near Akasaka Mitsuke Station, for 6 nights in total and we were very pleased with our stay. One thing we really liked was the location itself as it was in the centre of the city, with Shibuya only 4 stops away via metro, Roppongi was 2 stops away, Shinjuku also just 4 stops away. Also, the Hotel was literally a few minutes walk away from the Akasaka Mitsuke station but the area was very lively filled with many restaurants, bars and convenience stores, so it was a very convenient area, there was always a lot of people in the area, but not crowded, so it was very safe too. Hotel room was clean and a decent size, they provided fresh towels every day as well as other daily necessities. The only thing was, that there was no safe or a closet but other than that we were very happy with what we paid for.

Great Stay, Ideal Location”

Location, Amenities, Cleanliness

We were a traveling couple who stayed 5 nights in Tokyo on a sightseeing vacation. The Centurion Grand Akasaka was the ideal hotel for us. It was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and the rooms had some nifty amenities. The hotel is ideally located about a 2 minute walk to the Akasaka subway station where you are pretty much on a main line to get anywhere you need to go to see Tokyo. The surrounding area also has a lot of nice restaurant choices, a kareoke bar, and all kinds of cool shops. The room itself (the queen bed room) was fairly small and a little cramped with baggage, but for Tokyo, I suppose this size of room comes with the territory. The larger bed was a good decision for us. It was very comfortable. The hotel restaurant offers yogurt, granola, soup and some baked treats as their breakfast. Everything you need to head out on your Tokyo adventure - but don't expect the egg and bacon western style you might be accustomed to. This again comes with the territory. Overall, for the price this was a very good place to rest our weary heads after long days of sightseeing and we were very satisfied with our stay.

Great location!!”

This was our second stay on our trip to Japan (27/6 - 9/7 2018). Room not too wide (like other hotels in Japan), but convenient enough for us (2 adults with 2 kids 13yrs & 10yrs), its because only less than 5 minutes to Akasaka Mitsuke station and surrounded by various food (especially Japanese like ramen, donburi, sushi etc.). There is also BIC store at Akasakan Mitsuke station. I'm surely recommend this hotel to any travelers. One thing that we're not really happy was the cigarette smell in the room, though they used an ionizer / plasmacluster device, still maybe they need to use some kind of odor neutralizer spray or something like that. But overall, it's been great experience to stay at Centurion Grand Akasaka.

One of the best hotel during my stay in Japan.”

Good location, staff able to commute well in english & nice polite staff to ensure room tip top condition.

My stay is excellent thanks to the new and clean centurion hotel grand akasaka. Basically its very easy to find the hotel and the location is excellent. The hotel provide free decent breakfast. Its just around 3mins walk to the train station which have lots of interchange for other places. The restaurant nearby like Zen Watami provided cheap and excellent quality japanese food. The only minus point is that I was told the room size was 20sqm which seems like 16sqm to me. Definitely, I will chose back this hotel for my next tokyo trip.

Convienently located close to Akasaka Mitsuke station (exit 10). Walkable to Nagatacho Station. Lots of places to eat nearby incl 24hr shops but also a nightlife scene in the area meaning there alot of drunk etc. May not appeal to those who prefer a quieter scene or if have children. Hotel is clean and has all necessary amenities, our twin bedroom for 2adult and 1 child was spacious compared to others hotels we previously stayed in Tokyo and within price range. Staff were polite but only knew very little english.

A wonderful stay at Centurion Grand”

Location, comfort, luxury

I was very impressed with the hotel and room. It was an extremely comfortable bed, a very clean room, and very luxurious amenities, furniture and appliances. The room was quite small, but so is everything in Tokyo. I did no mind the size. Might be a little tight for a couple, however. They offer free spa amenities and breakfast to all guest. The breakfast was decent, not the best, but it's free and better than nothing. The location is very good as well, and only a 5 min walk to the Akasaka-mitsume metro station. There are many restaurants and small bars in the area, and it is only a few metro stops from the more popular places like Shinjuku and Shibuya. I had a little trouble finding the hotel at first, but locals were very willing to help. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Centurion Grand and would gladly stay here again!

An awsome place to stay in Tokyo.”

Location is wonderful. Food and restaurants are everywhere. Hotel interior is clean, nice and modern.

Awsome location. 2 minutes walk to Akasaka Mitsuke Station which has many lines to most tourist and shopping areas. Hotel location is well fed with restaurants, fast foods, eateries, cafes, pubs and a handful of convenience stores all within walking distance. Hotel interior is new, clean, comfortable and modern. Wifi enabled in room. Very generous with toilet amenities which included a bath tub. Simple breakfast inclusive. Only downside is size of room is really small which I think most hotels in Tokyo have very limited space.

Lightning fast WIFI in room (though you need to plug in the router yourself and the LAN point is a bit tricky to find: It is at the bottom left corner of the loft bed in the family room). Location is perfect: A very short walk from Akasaka-Mitsuke with Ginza and Marunochi lines of Tokyo metro, which means direct train rides to major stations Shinjuku, Shibuya, Tokyo, Ikebukuro, Ginza and Ueno. Lots of eateries around the hotel that open late. For the price, you can't find a better place in central Tokyo with the same kind of accessibility and room size.
