Central location, clean facilities but some guests found rooms and beds too small. Few guests mentioned old and dated main building.

I made a same-day reservation due to an urgent plan, but I was glad that a non-smoking room was available. Both the room and the bathroom were very clean, and the bed had a high rebound, making it super comfortable to sleep on! It was also close to Ueno Station, so there were many restaurants nearby, making it very convenient. It was a great hotel!
It was a bit chaotic due to the construction, but since I wasn't there for a vacation, the bed was spacious, the room was nice, and it was quiet at night, which was great. There was a bathtub and a refrigerator, so it was nice to be able to wash up and sleep, and it was convenient for storing belongings. Being near the station allowed me to visit all the main tourist attractions, and there was a market downstairs where I could buy things cheaply. There was a girls' bar in front of the accommodation, which might be a concern for some, but it didn't seem bad and I could wave at the baby. There are many restaurants nearby, but some of them had a taste of reheated processed food, which wasn't great.
I took the Skyliner from Narita Airport to Keisei Ueno Station, Ueno Park, JR Line, Metro, and Ameyoko Market... It was very close and it coincided with the cherry blossom blooming season, but the accommodation cost was low, which was great. Of course, the place was old and worn out (I camp and backpack as well), but the location and price made me forget everything. All the front desk staff were friendly, and there was someone who spoke Korean as well, which I found out during checkout... Overall, I was satisfied. Also, it is in a nightlife area, which might be inconvenient for some.
It is located in a bustling area, surrounded by restaurants and a Don Quijote, and there is a FamilyMart in front of the hotel. A short walk away, there is Matsuzakaya and PARCO, making it very convenient. Check-in is done via tablet, but the staff at the front desk were kind enough to explain it to me. I think I was able to stay at a good cost-performance ratio. Regarding the bath, there are guest rooms with open-air baths, but there is no large public bath. I wrote this here just in case because I was slightly misinformed.

“Narrow, but considering the location and services, it's a cost-effective accommodation.”
Honestly, when I first opened the door to the accommodation, it was much smaller than I had imagined and I was disappointed, but considering the accessibility to the subway and the service, it was sufficiently satisfactory. The cleanliness was fine, and providing amenities, although trivial, was satisfying. If you're someone who just needs a place to sleep and plans to do sightseeing (the location is really good... but it's near nightlife, so I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re coming with a child), it’s a cost-effective option to consider.
