The hotel is very clean and the staffs are very nice. We enjoyed the hot spring on the outdoor rooftop. The only drawback is that the shower area is also outdoor and it is cold to take a shower before going to the hot spring pool.

The hotel’s outdoor hot spring(Onsen) is very good. You can enjoy the hot spring while watching the gree mountain, or watching the stars or experiencing the raindrops and birds flying. It is similar to Japan’s style.

We came many times and stayed two nights here. Mostly we came for onsen and felt impressed with it. In addition the room is clean and breakfast is good. The services of reception staff is friendly and helpful.

everything is perfect.....old hotel but maintain vey good. staff is well train. massage is fine. sabu sabu is recommended. onsen is thumbs up. facilities is fine. very satisfied... will be come back to this hotel again. nothing to complaint.

Good upper end hotel”
Little to fault here. A few minor things which we found odd - the onsen/massage is closed through much of the middle of the day. For what you're paying, free use of laundry machines would be a nice gesture (instead of TWD for each machine). We ate in the Shabu Shabu restaurant one night (great food, terrible irritating background music) and the buffet the other night. Both good. Nice breakfast selection. Good staff who were helpful - some spoke decent English. Rooms clean, comfortable and well maintained.

Over great experience ”
Nice and clean hotel. Facilities are quite limited as pool is closed. It does not have plenty of public pools and activities like the rest of resort hotel. The onsen is a more exclusive setting instead. Basically all visitors went to outdoor onsen, which is nice to go once at day time and once at night . Staff is friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Century Hotel with our family and a 6 month old baby. The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious, and dinner was excellent. Will definitely come again. Totally recommend it!

Was expecting a large hotel of this quality to have a bar open throughout the day, but they did not. Hot springs are separated by sex and you are required to be nude. Large buffet for dinner and breakfast. Strange stain found on bedsheets on day of departure

Big room, nice onsen”
Room is big, good for onsen.. you can watch the stars while onsen on the roof top. However, not recommend the dinner.. not meet my expectation. The choice for breakfast seems many but all I can choose was quite limited.

Cleanliness can be improved ”
It is located a little far away from the central part for Taitung so transport there can be a little difficult. You can contact the hotel in advance for transport 2 days before arrival but unfortunately my call wasn't picked up (tried 3 times calling). Anyways, enjoyed the hot spring and breakfast. Cleaniless can be improved as the bathtub was a little dirty.
