It was cosy for my group of 5 adults and 2 kids. Location wise, it is about 10 min walk from the ueno station. It took us a little while to find the place initially but subsequently it was alright. Room was pretty clean and very new.

My kid like this hotel and request to stay in the next time when we will go to Tokyo again. The room is greatly well- proportioned that you can stay homies. Hotel is not far from Ameyoko market. Amenities are prepared enough for everyone.

The location is good nearby only 450-500 metres from the train station. There are many convenience stores nearby. There is no reception as a self check-in. I would like to say that room not have for the items in the bathroom. There are no cutton bath, caps, even though it was provided. There are only a lot of brushing teeth. We got a room 302 digital lock doors is very bad working not good.

This is a great hotel to stay. My family of 3 adults stayed in a room meant for 5 person. We liked the tatami sitting area which provided a good spot to have a drink and chat about the day or plan for the next day. The room may be tight for 5 person. Being a new hotel, everywhere is clean. Staff is friendly, bottles of water provided daily and coffee/green tea machine provided in the room. The hotel also kept our luggage after check out. Location easy to find based on the direction provided by hotel. Recommend to stay here.

子連れで宿泊しました。今までホテルや旅館などの普通のホテルに泊まってきました。こちらの宿は、スタッフも不在、すべてメールのやりとりのみという宿でした。選んだ理由は、子供が喜びそうな2段ベッドがあり、畳のくつろぎスペースがあるということでした。結果、子供は大喜びです。 いわゆる普通のホテルとは違い、値段は安く無いのに、アメニティがほぼありません。歯ブラシとシャンプー類はありますが、他のクシや化粧水などのアメニティや、よくあるお水やインスタントコーヒーなどがなく、違いを感じました。 共同スペースにレンジや、トースターなどがあるので、たすかる部分はあります。使用後は自分で洗います。 また連泊の場合、掃除がありません！ お風呂など、掃除できません。 これはちょっと抵抗ありました。 必要なら追加料金がかかるようです。 タオルは宿泊分、多めに置いてありました。 ただ、もし急な依頼など、まずスタッフがいない ので、どうするのだろうと不思議です。 ラインで会話ができるようですが... 駅までは10分なので、良いですが、 静かな住宅地にあります。 どうしても、静かにしないとなぁ、と感じます。 コンビニは5分ほどのところにあります。 子供連れには部屋は良いですが、 私なら普通のホテルが良かったという感想です。

1. 入住前需要填寫完整個人資料, 甚至提供每一位住客的護照影本, 比申請簽證還要麻煩. 2. 使用電腦自行check in, 即使櫃台有人. 3. 房間內無基本牙刷等備品. 4. 在check out後發現有戒指和其他物品遺留旅店內, 經電話聯繫及郵件通知請求幫助後, 僅回覆會協助尋找後, 便無回應. 毫無協助的基本服務態度. 對於整體服務失望. Before arrive this hostel, you have to send all your and your companion's information, even copies of passports. You have to get through a webcam interview and identity confirmation, then you can really get your own room key. Unfortunately, we left two rings and a bags of souvenir in hostel's closet after checked out. We informed front desk through telephone and mail, intermediately. We got nothing but only a mail said they will look for it. There is no service at all. I wouldn't choose this hostel if I knew so.

住宿地點交通超方便，旁邊就是上野車站，附近也一堆景點和商店可以逛。飯店人員非常客氣，態度很好，這次去剛好遇到颱風，飯店人員還送物資到房間給我們，真的很貼心。整潔度很夠，長時間入住雖然不會每天打掃房間但會有人把整理好的垃圾收走。總之這次住宿我和家人都覺得非常滿意，雖然有點貴，但下次到東京還是會考慮入住。
