Ok for the money”
Good location and very quiet booked 1 night then decided to stay 2 nights but the price was alot more as was told weekend rates apply so checked out and went a little further along the road and found a room cheaper than my first night and the room was alot better.would stay here again but not weekends.

Nice hotel with sea view”
The hotel was kind of basic but for the location and sea view I think the price was very good. The bathrooms only had plastered walls and was basic but at least it had hot water and was all we needed. The staff were very friendly at the hotel and the food was very good. Breakfast was just ok toast and a bagel, but I diddnt expect much more. Cha am itself is very nice and the beach is beautiful but as for nightlife it's probably not that great. We used to sit on the beach and take some beers from the shop along the road and maybe a bottle of sangsom. If your looking to party cha am isn't for you, try hua hin but if you want to relax, this place is very nice

A Great Place to Treat Yourself”
I stayed four nights at the Cha Am, two nights in a standard room and two nights in the penthouse room. Both were clean and very comfortable. Staff changed the linen and towels every day. For a medium-priced hotel, these were the most comfortable rooms I stayed in in my two months of travel in Thailand. The hotel's location, just across the street from the beach, and its proximity to many restaurants and cafes was perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A bit expensive for this standard and really noisy”
My stay at this place was okay. I think they charge hotel rate at this price solely because of the location, not the quality and service of the hotel. I'm Thai, so I'm not really excited about staying close to the Cha-Am beach, however I gave it a shot, it wasn't worth spending the money. Since Cha-Am is not far from Hua-Hin at all, I'd suggest Hua-Hin for those who really like to have a peace of mind. This hotel room DOOR is not sound-proof at all, it was really noisy during my stay with people walking up and down the wooden stairs and banging shut their doors. Also around midnight, there were some kind of fireworks going on, which there was no festival at the time. That's the problem staying at a hotel in the middle of local houses. I was grateful that I had a respectable sleep that night, even though it was so annoying. For the cleanliness of the room, I think they should clean up the window pane, it was full of bird crap.

Hotel has very friendly and helpfull staff. The hotel is located right across the road from the beach and is within walking distance from the main bar/shopping area of cha am. The room had very crisp ac and a nice bathroom. We would stay there again if we ever return to Cha am.

Friendly small hotel on Cha Am Beach”
This is a great value small hotel in the centre of Cha Am Beach. Food is good and great value, staff are friendly and helpful (but English langage skills are rather limited). Rooms very clean. Overall very happy with a Great value stay.

Room with a view”
The hotel is located opposite the Cha-Am Beach, you can see the ocean from your window if you stay at the sea view room. The wi-fi is free and the signal is strong. The breakfast is basic, with only jam, toast, fruit juice and tea/coffee. The room is spacious and bright. When I returned from Hua Hin after mid-night, the exterior light of the Hotel was completely off and I have difficulty to locate the hotel. I love the view from the room, it's so close to the sea and I can just hear the sound of the ocean by letting the window open.

Great value”
Looked at about 10 other hotels in the area and cha inn seemed to be the best value. If your budget is under $40 a night. This is definitely the place to stay. Rooms are fairly new and clean, and the toilet is separate from the shower- 2 things I always look for and was not able to find anywhere else in cha-am.

Very nice hotel ”
We had a nice stay at Cha Inn @ Cha-am, i wish the workers at the hotel could have spoke english. The night guard was very nice and helped bring our motor bike into the parking area. Sea view was loud due to the party buses passing by but the great part bout our room was being able to watch the locals party at the beach, during the late night hours.

Homey and just in front of the beach!”
We love our stay in cha inn. The first room has some problem with the AC but the staff nicely transferred us to another room with balcony! So we got lucky! Staff are helpful! And the location is superb - the quiet part of town and in front of the beach! Definitely coming back!

Big little hotel right by the beach”
Very nice and nice small hotel on the other side of beach-road in cha am. Staff was very friendly and effecient. Clean room and a beautiful balcony with seaview. Tried to get a good price for one month, but staff was to slow to talk to boss in Bangkok. When he called back and wanted to talk to me, I had already found a new place. Too bad really. Liked this place.

laid back town. very relaxing”
loved it. there was a mixup with the initial room allotment and we were given a standard room on the first day, but the friendliness of the staff more than made up for it.they were even gracious enough to give us a refund for adjustment. amazing staff. felt like pampered royalty. every request was catered to with a smile. will definitely stay there if we travel to cha am again.

Well, we really enjoyed our trip to cha am. This hotel is right across the beach. But the rooms with balcony is only available on the first floor. So the beach view is alright. The toilet does have a foul smell, but don't worry, the staff will give you room spray if you request it. The design for the shower is abit stupid, the water will come out from the back and flood your bathroom. I recommend to rent the motor cycle from the hotel. One day rental is only 300baht. Breakafst, does not have much choice, but order a banana smoothie, it will make you day and only 80baht.
