Best hotel and staff I have ever seen”
The hotel it self is a small nature villa with really grate and clean houses. It has five different pools at four locations on the hotel property. It was so great just beeing at the hotel we almost forgot Phuket, the place it's at. The staff on the hotel is very service minded and kind, the guy who greeted us welcome had the best attitude, he was funny, and extremely helpful. In the week we spend there he was driving us into town and setting us up with boat rides and everything without demanding money for it. The food at the hotel is great to, we loved the breakfast especially. We will surely be returning to this hotel again for another vacation. It is by far the best hotel I have ever been at in my about 40 trips around the world. I can't even tell you any cons, because I don't the there is any. I booked for Junior Suite Pool Access. The room is exactly the same as advertised. Very spacious and the design is really awesome. When I was there, there were no other travellers in the next two rooms, I can have the private pool on my own only! Breakfast was moderately good. The place is very peace and definitely worth the money. I will go back again for sure!

Stunning pool and room, great staff, beautiful grounds. It is calm and quite perfect for escaping the crazy that is the Patong part scene. , It is out of the way but it's a 20 min walk to the bay where you can find restaurants and drug stores. Great location if you are scuba diving. I highly suggest Aussie Divers nearby if you are considering certification. Overall wish i could have stayed longer!

Needs more AC and another TV in the chalets”
Rooms are a really good size, outside bathroom is stunning. The living room/kitchen is unusable as far too hot and the fan just pushes HOT air around. The fact there’s no TV in there too and very few English speaking channels that are watchable is another issue. Don’t be put off though, nice quite location, 2 fantastic pools, comfy sun beds outside the room and by the pool.

Great hospitality ”
The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and polite also upgraded our room after knowing the trouble we went through with the cab to get us there which made our day. Also helped us get a taxi when required. Also the room was excellent and definitely value for money however location it's far from patong beach that's the only drawback.

What a beautiful place to stay away from all the busy street life. If you need a nice rest this is the spot. A short taxi ride to the supermarket, Chemist and Starbucks but the Hotel will organise that for you. Food was delicious at the Hotel and the Staff are wonderful. We really enjoyed our stay here

Wonderful views ”
Got upgraded to suite, wow it had an amazing view. Tried hot tub on the balcony it was great. The place looks like it used to be a hotel the pool although good is getting tired and the bar is empty. Such a shame as the views are great. Staff very good and very helpful, it was much appreciated.

Need to increase staff”
Minimal staff led to difficulties in maintaining what used to be a splendid resort. Most facilities were not functional. However, room was big and cheap. Rent a bike for easy access to town.

Disappointed with Agoda and hotel service”
paid a slightly higher price for executive delux expected to have a villa with living room and kitchen. Turns out they say I have booked the cheapest one (executive delux with garden view) which does not have living room or kitchen. At the beginning, they offered me an upgrade without telling me (a room with Jacuzzi and nice view) but I argued with them that the photos and description on agoda was nothing similar to the garden view room. Hotel staff keep saying they never have such room and didnt apologise or anything in the first place and need to check with manager. While waiting during the day, I called agoda and explained the situation hoping they could fix it. Agoda get back to me saying that the executive delux HK$5xx per night is same as executive delux with garden view (which was only HK$338) and the size shown in the agoda website was incorrect. WHY WOULD I PAY A HIGHER PRICE FOR THE SAME ROOM! They say they will offer me US$20 agoda cash for the price gap and have to use up in 90days. (They immediately took away the room and the pictures and changed my booking description to something else)........ this is totally unacceptable. I chose this hotel because of the size and the living room + kitchen. If I knew it was just a room with garden view, I could have picked other hotels. Plus, the US$20 Agodacash could not compensate the price difference and useless in a way that I won’t use Agoda in the coming 90 days. I need to call Agoda again to do the math with them. Finally they are willing to refund $400 to me. Still not happy about it because I was looking for a villa..... :( If you looking for the garden view room, it’s actually not bad with this price. Location is around 30 mins drive to Phuket city and Patong.

Overall okay but wrong information provide by staff”
For the room and facilities are okay for me but the things that make me dislike is when coming to the communication. When the moment I check in, the staff told me that can enjoy the free mini bar and I double confirm again and they say it’s free. But when coming to check out they want me to pay for the mini bar that cost me 830 baht. I question them and the staff claim that mini bar wasn’t free only the water and coffee are free. I hope that next time won’t happen the same things again.
