Chamartín hotels & accommodations

We stayed at this hotel because of the access to public transit, and the free hotel van to downtown Madrid, and the airport. What we did not expect is the architectural features of the hotel It's rather like an art museum, with different themes on different floors. While the rooms themselves are lovely, with wifi an "interesting" bathtub (on the "Star Wars" floor) it i...

We stayed here after getting the overnight sleeper train from Lisbon. We arrived early in the morning and staff were happy to check us in early. The overnight train came into Chamartín station, so this hotel was really easy and convenient- it's literally located in the station complex. hotel self parking was convenient. housekeeping service was exceptional. i was sick during our stay and hotel called a private doctor for me and arranged for transportation to a private hospital... despite the location being far from the city center, its facilities and staff made up for this little inconvenience.... metered taxis are very accessible---across the street...

It is value for money if you could secure promotion room rate at last minutes. It is easily accessible by Metro from airport, and is convenient to the city centre by public transport - the bus stop is right next to the hotel. It is a real 4-star rating hotel. The food in the hotel restaurant is excellent at areasobable price.

The hotel is in the business district of Madrid. It is 15-min walk away from the metro station of Pio XII. The neighborhood is very nice. The hotel is clean and a typical 4-star hotel. Very comfortable. The staff are very professional and friendly. The only con I have is that there are not so many places to eat around the hotel.

I only stayed for 1 night, I requested for early check-in when I booked the room, but unfortunately, due to full booking, I can not check-in early when I arrive, but the front clerk is nice to keep my luggage. Besides, because I got a cold in Spain,I want to drink warm water to keep my health good, but I'm a bit disappointed that I found there's no kettle in my room,...

Lovely room, very helpful staff at the front desk. Pricy coffee and pastry for breakfast...10Euros! which I found out later that was wayyyy too much! So no more getting breakfast at the hotel.. also would have been good to know there was construction next door that sounded like they were jackhammering right above me....my first morning was after 24 hrs travel with no ...
