Inexpensive place to stay in Chamonix”

We enjoyed our stay at Mountain Highs, it was on the outskirts of Chamonix which made for a longer walk if you wanted to get downtown, but on the upside, you were not far from the Aguille du Midi. You could catch the free Mulet at the hospital to save yourself some walking. The kitchen facilities were a nice option, we found the rooms to be quiet and enjoyed the full bedroom with our own bathroom option. The staff were welcoming and accommodating when we needed storage for our bags on the day we were leaving. I would recommend them if you are looking for an inexpensive option in Chamonix.

Substandard accommodation”

While travelling with a rented car being continously on-line is difficult. After making the reservation for Chamonix Lodge we did not have any internet access and the access information for the door was received some time after checking out. Fortunately the door was kept open by other guests and we could use the booked room. The information in the room was clear, we do not need to see any staff of the hotel. And this was the way the room (No 2 in Mammoth Lodge Building) was looking alike. The electric heater in the room was not working and the (armatures) in the bathroom were worn out as in all cheap hotels. Luckily, I found a grip in the car to switch the water flow from tap to shower, otherwise we would have taken a shower by lying on the bottom of the bathtub under the tap. The WiFi information was correct and we were able to connect, but phone and computer told us "no internet access". I agree, the price was cheap for accommodation in Chamonix, but previous visitors who rated this property as good have either stayed in better rooms or are used to sleep in youth hostels or at a camping ground. For us this accommodation was substandard. I would recommend to agoda to check accommodation in this price range regularly and not rely on customer comments only.

Not so good as we expected”

1. We booked this hotel to get free sauna and jacuzzi as advertised. But nowhere were writen that we can use it only till 9 P.M. We arrived at 9 P.M. and after long journey we were realy dissapointed. If we would knew sauna and jacuzzi working hours, we will be stayed in another hotel. 2. The stated price does not include bed linen - you need to carefully read all small fonts while booking and comparing prices. It is dishonorable. 3. Poor breakfast - only cereal, milk, bread and jams. 4. There were very warm in the rooms and heat regulator on radiators didn't worked. We opened windows to release out the heat. Other this hostel guests also had this problem. At night radiators were cold and our rooms also were cold because all heat we release through the windows 5. The room for 3 people was worse than advertised in pictures

Decent Hostel”

Only stayed for a couple of hours. I needed to rest my head for a few hours before catching a lift via Bla Bla early in the morning! Arrived late but instructions for me stuck on door which was great. Room was small but for what I needed it for, it ticked all boxes!

Tres bien pour le personnel, des équipements cuisine salle de restauration Ce qui est moins bien , nous étions en couple, minuscule chambre : 6ou 7 m2, deux lits superposés avec des matelas de 70 cm, couette tres mince, nous avons eu froid

近くにスーパーはなく　街中まで行かなければならず　ほとんどの客は車で利用してます公共バスは１時間に1本位なのと19時には終わるので　街中まで片道20分位歩く　夜は人通りも少なく暗いので女性１人だと怖いかも　公共バス以外に　少し離れた病院前から無料の巡回バス(ロババス)が出てて日中は便利　 ロッカー無しなので貴重品の管理は自身で鍵やチェーンを用意する必要があります お隣のゴールデンレトリバーが　人懐っこくて可愛いかった

旅館乾淨，設施不少，廚房提供的早餐有很多選擇。另外，只要網上成功付款之後，到旅館後完全不需要登記入住的手續，很方便。 而旅館周圍的附近很美，但因為需要上斜坡，看地圖的時候很難找。

人員的服務態度極好而且很熱情。 雖然房間設備不是很理想，但其他供應的設施依應具全，重點價格超實惠，還免費供應無限早餐! 廚房的設備也相當齊全，每天晚上都能與來自世界各地的朋友起用餐互相交流。

가성비 괜찮고 직원이 친절합니다 다만 트윈베드인줄 알았는데 막상 도착하니 2층 침대에 방이 많이 좁았습니다 그래도 바깥 활동을 많이 하실 계획이라면 추천드립니더

위치가 찾아 가기 어렵움”

숙박비는 30유로인데 위치가 찾아가기 어려워 택시비가 왕복 40유로가 나왔음. 샤모니몽블랑 도시 자체가 여행에 불편한 지역임

Хороший хостел для недолгого пребывания”

Кокмната маленькая и ледяная. Батарея не работала. Спасал только обогреватель, постоянно работавший в комнате. Если нужно зарядить телефон, приходилось выключать обогреватель и ждать пока телефон зарядится от единственной розетки в стремительно остывающем помещении. Дорога к входу была полностью покрыта льдом и шла в горку. Думал, что ноги того и гляди разъедутся в разные стороны, как у Бемби. Из плюсов - чистый туалет и душевая, нормальный Wi-Fi
