I just came back from a week-long vacation at the best accommodation. We arrived in the early morning and were guided to our prepared room where we spent our first night. However, we couldn't sleep properly due to car noises and various noises. The next day, we went to the front desk and requested to change our room to a quieter one, and a staff member named Thien immediately changed our room to a quiet one. Thien spoke Korean very fluently, so we were able to communicate without any worries and it was very comfortable. The next day, Thien even checked if we slept well. We stayed for a week, and all the staff members were very friendly and kind to us. The home clinic was also great, and the drinks and food we had at the swimming pool were very delicious. Also, we checked out the night before (11/11/2023), and the boxed lunch that was prepared for us was very delicious at the airport. I'm sorry I didn't see the name of the person who prepared the boxed lunch. The facility wasn't very luxurious, but it was well-maintained and clean, and the service quality of the staff members was excellent. I will definitely visit again for a month-long stay. Thank you.

The employees are very friendly. The swimming pool is beautiful and fun to play in. By the way, I spent all day in the pool. Be sure to try the massage. I got it twice and it was even better the second time. I plan to visit again soon. I think I'm good at judging whether the massage skills are good or not because I go to Southeast Asia every month to get massages and relax. The rooms were clean and simple. They offer a private beach service and a buggy car that takes you to the city three times a day. They even dropped me off at the market when I asked. I went out every day around the Nha Trang center on the buggy car. The resort has many advantages such as the buggy car, swimming pool, friendly staff, and massage.

It's quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Although it was said to be old, I didn't feel that way and had a comfortable stay. The receptionist, Sara, was very kind and helpful. When we needed help with changing our flight, she personally made a phone call to resolve the issue. During our trip, we had a wedding anniversary, and Sara gifted us a cake for our family, making our anniversary even more special and happy. We are very grateful to the kind and considerate staff at Cham Pa, especially Sara. Additionally, we were able to eat food at the pool bar at a reasonable price.

We've stayed in many five star resorts and have to say that the staff at Champa Island (Kubera Condotel) are outstanding. A special thanks to Hong Nhung (Duty Manager) for her warm, caring attitude and for being exceptionally great at her job. She went above and beyond in making our birthday celebration enjoyable. She not only effectively helped whenever called upon but proactively made our stay enjoyable and special. I'd also like to thank Thinh for his excellent English and courteous attitude. Champa was a unique stay being an island, the grounds are nicely decorated and it looks lovely at night time. The room had a pretty view of the surrounding mountains. The room was a good size and comfortable, the pool was enjoyable and breakfast was also good. We'd love to return and would definitely recommend others to stay here.

first of all, i really appreciate for all of the staffs, who were really welcoming , kind , so sweet service that i had ever got! champa hotel is away from the cxr airport , which takes 40-50 min. by car, but located very center in city of Nha Trang. if you plan to loom around the city or topbar etc . it is easy to go around with cheap taxi fare( grab also ) . 1. hotel facility: it is not new and innovative but very organized clean neat and comfy. furthermore, we can get 20% discount when we use hotel spa, which was a huge amount of my budget. 2. the view from the room was amazing. the pool was big enough to enjoy . the hotel is quite big to walk from main hotel to breakfast building , which we rode a buggy car. 3. the room price and all of the lovely conditions !!! i will come and stay in the champa group hotel^^ again~~~
