  1. Changi Rewards members (“Members”) must make their AGODA bookings via the dedicated landing page at www.agoda.com/changirewards. Members must enter a valid Changi Rewards card number.
  2. The Changi Rewards points will be credited to Members’ accounts by the 20th of the month immediately following the month they have departed from their hotel stays.
  3. The rate of Changi Rewards points awarded is based on the Changi Rewards membership tier of the Member, at the relevant time of booking of hotel stay. With a minimum nett spend of S$10 in a single transaction and upon entry of a valid Changi Rewards Card number at the point-of-sale, the Member will be awarded with points equivalent to the amount spent, rounded down to the nearest dollar. Points accrue at the rate of 20 Point for each S$10 nett spent for Changi Rewards entry tier Members. Gold tier Members earn 40 Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 40 points) and Platinum tier Members earn 120 Changi Rewards points (S$10 = 120 points). During campaign period as stated in clause 1, points will be doubled.
  4. Unless otherwise specified, Changi Rewards points will not be awarded to Members who elect to use other discounts, promotions or discounted items. No Changi Rewards points will also be awarded for fixed price items (unless otherwise specified.)
  5. The Changi Rewards point earned are not inclusive of hotel tax and services charges.
  6. Unless otherwise specified, any Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion are on the basis of the amount spent on the accommodation component of the stay, and not on ancillary charges such as meals, mini-bar, beverages, phone, laundry or other extra costs charged to the room account.
  7. This Promotion is only applicable to AGODA bookings made from certain participating merchants hotels only (not applicable for pay later options) and is only valid for hotels with the "Promotion Eligible" banner on the search results page.
  8. Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion can only be earned by one Member per booking and cannot be split between two or more Members.
  9. Changi Rewards points earned connection with this Promotion are non-transferable.
  10. Changi Rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
  11. Changi Rewards points awarded pursuant to the Promotion, must be redeemed within three (3) months after the end of the programme year (i.e. before end June of the relevant calendar year), failing which they will expire automatically, as set forth in the Changi Rewards Program Terms and Conditions. No request for extension of expiry will be entertained. The use and/or conversion of points may be subject to further terms and conditions or restrictions and CAG may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, modify, suspend or terminate the Programme, and/or modify these terms & conditions in such manner as CAG considers fit.
  12. Any amount(s) spent on AGODA bookings is not accrued towards the cumulative nett spend for Members under the Changi Rewards Gold or Platinum tier membership qualification. Cumulative nett spend for tier qualification is only based on qualifying purchases at participating Changi Airport outlets.
  13. The Promotion is further subject to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme. For the avoidance of doubt, these terms and conditions are supplemental to the terms and conditions of the Changi Rewards Programme.
  14. Members are advised to read the terms and conditions of AGODA carefully before making their AGODA bookings
  15. In the event of disputes, the decisions of AGODA and Changi Airport Group (Singapore) Pte Ltd shall be final.
