If you're looking for a budget accommodation with complete facilities this is the one you should go for. Cleanliness was good, comfortable, 1 minute from bus terminal, 2 minutes from KFC, surrounded by restaurant, food stalls and a half-minute to the nearest Atm you won't be dissapointed. Recommended.

Just a straight road to Bukit Kayu Hitam custom”
This hotel is just beside the main road to Bukit Kayu Hitam. For those who willing to travel to Thailand and have some rest before enter to Thailand is a good choice. Overall on this hotel was good, but the cleanliness could be upgrade a little more as i found out the basin was stuck for water. The toilet door in room was lock inside but outside still able to open it. Hope this can problem can be solve for future customer perfect review.

The hotel was great. Comfortable and clean. Situated near the Changlun Bus Station. It's a small town and easy to get food around you. Totally recommend it!

The hotel is good. The hotel is situated near the Changlun Bus Station and taxi stand. Food is easy to get around the area. Transportation is a problem there. Not easy to get Grab here. Some of the apps you can use are Grab, InDriver, Gojo, Maxim, and MyCar. I had success with InDriver but I heard these apps are used here. Another thing to note is the closing time of shops here, many shops/restaurants close by 9 pm. So it's better to buy things before 9 pm

Asked for toilet paper but the staff mentioned they don't provide. Room was not clean and have spider webs at corners. Towels was not clean

The room is very small. There wasn't much space to move about. Location is good though, in the Changlun town where almost everything is accessible. Good for a short stay. A pitstop before you continue your journey to another destination.

I stayed 1 night at the motel. room no. 10. overall just ok but the toilet door cannot lock from inside and sometimes cannot close properly. can you imagine how worry i am while using the toilet? please repair it. thank you.

Should have more racks to put belongings. The water sink in the toilet is leaking, not properly being looked after. The tv set is not functioning properly, always can't get through the channels
