A walk in China Hotel”
Took us 30 mins to check in, luckily my girlfriend speaks Mandarin. The toilet was broken in our room, so took another hour to swap rooms and negotiate that. The actual stay was fine, its old but does the job. Not worth the hassle though, won't stay again. Really noisy area as well as it's on a corner so the cars are beeping non-stop. Also the shower is a wet room, no hot water.

Extremely terrible!”
When we arrived at the hotel, we had to wait more than 01 hour to get the room - just because the receptionist cannot login to the agoda account (at first, he logged into booking.com and said we had no booking!), then he said we had yet to pay. After getting to the room, the first room was smelly and smokey. We got room changing, and the second one with a stagnant pipe and water was all around the floor and rug. They fixed it, and said we had to stay with the wet rug since they had no available room. We got to another hotel across the road with a bit higher price but totally nice, dumped our booking at Chao Hai.

A Hotel near Futian Textile Market”
Next to Textile Market, Low Price, Convenient
Facilities of the hotel are rather old. However, it is convenient for merchandising as Futian Textile Market (Shopping Mall) is at the opposite side.

Easy to find food. 15mis walk to MTR. Cheap.
You really get what you pay. Hotel is cheap and not that far to MTR station. But the room is so small and a bit dirty. But the staff is really helpful.

terrible hotel. terrible staff rude and arrogant”
good wifi , close to the centre of futian
it was a bad stay , staff on the checkin desk were rude , it took me nearly an hour to be checked in, then when i went to my room, the main window was smashed and broken,so the room was really hot because the air con was going straight out the broken window, so they moved me to a room across the hall, which didnt have a broken window, but they said they had upgraded me , the room was identical exept for the broken window, i wouldnt recommend going there again,

Staff didnt steal my things or complain when i laid rodent or bug traps.
If you take sleeping pills you dont notice how hard the bed is or dirty the sheets are.

交通方便、食肆商鋪眾多
去深圳待兩天，選擇了這間住宿，家庭房三小床可入住三人。近華強路地鐵站，步行不到十分鐘。周邊百貨公司、餐廳、小吃、超市眾多，夜晚街邊擺滿了大排檔、炒麵炒粉的小攤車。酒店陳舊，裝潢已是舊式樣，浴室無乾濕分離；前台人員素質待改善，入住時查詢約十分鐘才知道我已預付。
