The hotel is convenient for highway 1 but not Uthai Thani (12km). The bedroom and bathroom are very spacious. The room has both AC and a 3 speed wall rotating fan and refrigerator which all worked. There is covered vehicle parking immediately outside the room. There is a small village with a few restaurants and coffee shop about 1 km away close to highway 1.

Amazing pit stop between CM and BKK”
Location is great for travelers needing a stop for the night. Very clean, huge room, covered parking right outside of each door, quiet. No frills, but had everything we needed - air con, fan, cold waters awaiting in the fridge. We used Google directions and it was very easy to find - a well-lit sign and friendly staff, even late at night. Will definitely stay here again.

Pro: Huge clean room just off the main bangkok-chiang mai road. Only 20min from uthai thani. Fantastic value for money. Very quiet. Cons: room fills with light as soon as the sun is out birds can be really noisy at times No restaurant nearby

The room and the personal are nice, no English so hard to communicate. The closest restaurant is 2km waking so not really nice if you don’t have a car. Otherwise comfy room :)

Avoid this place through internet booking”
I had paid reservation through Agoda, but when I showed up they said the didn't have my booking. They also claimed the hotel was full, but there were only 3 cars on the parking and the board with keys hung on the wall was full of keys. After I insisted for 30 minutes the receptionist phoned with her boss, seemed to have fun at the situation and told me they don't take reservation through the internet. After that she gave me my money (paid through Agoda!) back, which proves they DID have my reservation but just didn't want to honour it. It was 11:45 p.m. and they didn't care about where I was going to sleep...! So avoid this place and avoid Agoda who is not checking its participants
