The serenity with an amazing view!”
With only 8 rooms, each room is essentially an individual villa with its own private view of village living in Sa Pa. It is a few km away from town but this is a perfect place if you want to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the town center of this beautiful place!

The hotel staff is friendly and the room is clean, just only the small path to the ecolodge is a bit small.

One of the best places to stay in Sapa!”
If you want to stay at a place that feels like the real, true Sapa - then this is it. Incredible views, friendly staff, far away from the hustle and bustle of the town center and super peaceful. Highly recommended.

Away from the hustle ”
We enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful to sleep. The beds were comfortable. And the view in the morning was nice. Except for the early morning construction and mice in the roof. Cons: it is far from town so you MUST take a taxi or rent a motorbike to get to/from the accomodation. We would have saved more money by just staying in the town center. You can’t walk to a restaurant. If you want a nice view and helpful staff this is a great place to stay! cute prívate rooms.

Remote Place in the Rice Fields”
The location of the Ecolodge was amazing - we had an amazing view out of our room. The people were very friendly and helpful. The lodge is remote of Sapa City but with a taxi or motorbike one can reach the city in about 10 minutes. We had a great time there :)

Around 50 steps up to the lodge but the owner help carry our luggages to the room himself. The room is spacious.

Good spot but not in winter time”
Nice spot, but when the temperature dros this is not the place to be. Difficult to warm up the room. No lunch nor diner facilities so a taxi is needed to go to Sapa town for food.

Rustic property with amazing views of the rice fields.”
The location of this property is exceptional. But the food was okay, the towels were very dirty & sheets not as clean as they should be.

Nice Cottage. Quite location”
5km from the City. But you can enjoy the nature here. Staff was friendly. I arrived at the hotel early at 7am. They allowed to check-in without any hesitation though they charged a small fee. Overall very good experience.

Hotel with excellent view!”
The Hotel is located quite far from the center of Sapa (around 5km) with a bit difficult to find (as the way to the hotel is quite rough and bumpy). The view from the room is very excellent with the field and mountain around. If you go to Sapa, you should stay far from the center to enjoy the nature, rather than staying in the center and see the building around. For the service, I was a little bit disappointed as the room I have booked didn't look the one I saw in the photo description. I booked "Deluxe double bungalow" and the photo description showed the room with 02 windows and the view is very stunning. But on the date of check-in, they gave me another room and said that such room already had guests, and they only had 01 room like that. I was quite surprised as they didn't raise this matter before my arrival so I had to transfer to another For the room, seems like it had rats on the ceiling. I was very confused and scared when hearing some biting/scratching noise on the ceiling middle of night as it was extremely quiet and you can hear such noise very clearly. They said that because the harvest season just ended and the rats has no more food in the field @@ Hope that they will pay attention to solve this matter. The staffs are friendly and supportive.

Very good”
The hotel is 4.5km from the center, with a very nice view and cute design. The food was pretty good. The problem is that the rats on the ceiling can make guests lose sleep.

Not suitable to winter ”
We wouldn't recommend this hotel during winter time. Cold temperature in the room due to the very bad isolation , the heater is working but the heat goes straight outside. Maybe give it a chance in summertime for the nice view.

averagely”
toilet amenities is too basis. towel provided is dirty. dare not use during my stay. the only credit is the room balcony facing paddy field. the hotel owner is quite nice & you may order dinner from their kitchen & the portion are generous though choice is bit limited . Breakfast included also very simple, choose your choice of breakfast from the breakfast menu. you may need to take taxi to go to town. this is a quiet place during night time. perhaps good for relaxing when you don't wanna go out during night time & just rest at the hotel. if you would like to hv some night activities like drinking or massage, it is advise to stay at SAPA town area.

Check the facilities”
After reading reviews online, we booked this place. Check in was seamless. Room was in ok condition. Bathroom floor was not clean. Since it was cold weather, hot running water is a must. But there was no hot water. We did let reception know about this and was advised to wait for 5 minutes and then will have hot running water. Temperature outside was 3 degrees. Even after an hour no hot water. Same issue was the following morning. There was no wifi. Due to location of the lodge most times phone reception is not available,so hotel wifi is of huge help in need of searching local places or booking a cab. Reception was notified but to no avail. We did booked a bike through reception but they are providing it at almost double the amount of what you can book by yourself. So try to book by yourself if possible. We did checked out a day earlier and stayed at another hotel where atleast hot water was available. If you decide to stay at hotel , do check the basic facilities such as hot water and/or wifi. Also since the hotel is almost 5 km from the town, bear in mind the taxi cost which may crop up if you plan to travel late night. Also the road leading to hotel from the main road is narrow and some parts appears to under cunstruction. So large vechicle may face some issues to reach the hotel.

The hotel scariest”
After visiting more than 15 hotels in Southeast Asia, this one was without a doubt the scariest. The duvet had marks that the employee thought was normal. There were noises from the bedroom ceiling that sounded like rats. Despite having paid for two nights, I only stayed one and went to another hotel. Transport to the city is quite expensive.
