staffs were all very attentive, helpful, polite. room was not too bad tho. to my surprise, it was well maintained. basic facilities are all provided. internet wifi is strongly covered all over. has elevator even it's just 3 level up!! price was awesome. considering Summit Hotel which has similar price for that night, i have nothing to argue over it. overall place, clean and tidy. air conditioned where ever u go in the lounge, cafe, hallway etc.. and lastly, the management did excellent job. i dont have my phone charger in hand and had to seek help from front counter in the middle of the night. i bless her for the ability to come out with what i needed most at the time when nobody is there. kudos!! very much thanks.

The room size is rather small, but the room is clean and nicely decorated. I stayed twice in this place, the 2nd time i was assigned at the room with noisy aircond, i didnt sleep well but overall it is good for the price i paid

Overall ok, room & toilet clean & nice, aircond OK, water heater ok. Just 1 complain from me, for cleaning service please wash a mug in the room, have some dirty in the mug. Anything ok for me.

This is my second stay at Chariton Alma. It meets all the aspect of basic accommodation for the night. keep up the good work! soundproofing is pretty good too, given the structure of the original building.

Pros: Very cosy and chic minimalist hotel design. Ample parking space. Stayed at King Standard room. Room is a bit small, but enough space to perform solat. Toilet is clean, complete bath amenities. Shower is awesome. Cons: Not soundproof, noisy plumbing/piping system. Breakfast choice n portion. Value for money. Will definitely come back!

Overall this not the first time I have stayed here , always love its location and value . I had been having the same room over and over again , all is as usual but this time around the toilet was not as clean as it should be , please ensure stains on the toilet seat and cleaned properly ya... Suitable for short stay. Room was not that spacious but the bed was spacious and comfortable. Location is strategic, it’s near to aeon and lotus’s and also a few convenience shops and nearby. Can have some coffee and food in the cafe downstairs. Overall is a pleasant stay.
