Highly recommend staying at this location. Very happy we did.”

The accommodation was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The amenities were excellent. The beds were very comfortable. This was a very good stay.
The only thing about this place that may be a negative, is just at the rooms are very small. It is a tight fit for adults and luggage. The location is close to a Metro stop but it is not directly close to much else. I very much enjoyed our stay in spite of these shortcomings.

Perfect cheap rooms in a good location with Aircon for exploring Pai. Just missing a pool.”

Great Aircon and a fan. Hot shower. Nice little terrace out the front to sit and have a drink or a smoke. Perfect location right in the centre of town.
Beds are very hard, no swimming pool (knew about this when booking) we went to peace of love hostel and used there pool, 100baht per day and has a bar around the pool too.

centrally located in walking street with lots of options for food and massage nearby
On arrival we found out that our second room was given to another guest. Eventually another room was arranged but not with 3 beds as we booked for. The rooms are very basic and are not cleaned during stay and no fresh towels are provided. Even the full bin on the outside patio is not cleaned out. The rooms have thin walls and carry sound from the neighbours upto a few rooms far.

The location of this is amazing! Super close to the main part of Pai, right opposite a seven eleven, location can’t be faulted. It’s quiet and no one really bothers you. The place was relatively clean and we didn’t really have any issues.
Could’ve been just a tad bit cleaner and the staff a little more present at the reception in case you need anything.
