perfect service, awesome staffs”
it's only a 5 min walk to the town square and cable train , perfect location to visit sights. Big room with nice view, clean, warm and a nice indoor swimming pool on second floors, very helpful and service minded staff. Beside which is a restaurant inside the hotel whips up great food as well. If you want to have a great time and want to avoid the hassles of vacationing pick this hotel. I'd gladly come back there!

Everything is perfect”
Very friendly and helpful staff. Great location, close to the church and walking distance to Cat Cat village and Ham Rong mountain. Lots of great restaurants in the area. On a street famous for Red Dao, Mong sellers so is nice to see their displays as you walk by. Very clean and modern rooms. The staff were very helpful with questions that I had regarding locations of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again and recommended very highly.

They had made the right choice for our two day stay. In fact they always made great choices in places of visit in Sapa. The services provided were excellent. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. The staffs were quite helpful and attentive. The food served was excellent. I loved every bit of the delicious recipes served. I would love to stay here again.

Amazing time with Chau Long hotel”
This is four times to Sapa. I was very happy with my stay at Chau Long ! We usually stay at another hotel in Sapa when we vacation in Sapa, but I saw the advesting in the Agoda for this one, and they had a fantastic special going on! We got the room for $20 included breakfast less per night than the other hotel, Room was very clean, nice décor. The staff very friendly, professional, and welcoming. I try to stayed here one more time as soon as possible.

I booked accommodation in Chau Long sapa through Agoda.com at the last minutes, the price was great, the hotel was great location for the final week of our Sa pa holiday. Short walk through the hotel to center, restaurants, shopping, church and cable train. Staff were friendly, checking in and out was quick and simple. Our room was well appointed, clean, cozy with great views of the mountain through the balcony. Awesome

Greeting welcome. The staff were very friendly , smiling, helpful and the food was good. The bed is comfy, the bathroom clean and sparkling. The location was great as we were find the catholic church and town square. it was only a 7 minute walk away. Also the price compared to other hotels in the area was very good. For future business trips, we will definitely be staying here again! Thank you!

Worth the money”
I am a travelled solo. Im originally were going to stay 2 nights but ended up staying an extra night because there was so much to do and the hotel was awesome. The rooms were clean , amazing view and there was great customer service. all staffs always to try make me happy. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a room with a great view and great amenities.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It's a great location, with an excellent view of the Fansipan Mountain, and our stay couldn't have been more comfortable. The room was good with excellent view. We enjoyed eating breakfast in the morning with a spectacular view of the mountains, the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We will come back soon.

We had wonderful stay at Chau Long Sapa hotel, Everything is clean, bed is very comfortable, balcony is large and has stunning view to Fansipan mountain. We had lunch at restaurant on seventh floor and really enjoyed the local food as salmon hot pot, steamed rice ... hotel location is also good, nearby center and easy to get to main street with many local bar, shopping and spa. We highly recommend this hotel

The hotel was great, front desk and employees in the restaurant were great. My room was immaculate though and very comfortable bed. Cozy, clean with mountain view. There is a restaurant on the rooftop, it was nice décor. All staffs very helpful and kindly . we were always greeted with a smile wether we were walking in or out. I recommend it.

Very good stay with Chau Long Sapa hotel”
This was my first visit to Sapa, I was travelling with my husband. The hotel was nice with mountain view. Breakfast was lovely and the staff were exceptionally kind and professional. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room cleaned each day. I can say this was definitely one of the best places I have stayed for value for money and quality.

We stayed here for 1 nights after long trip from south Vietnam, the hotel really nice with fully equipment, Perfect hotel for a stay in Sapa. Clean, extremely friendly personal and so close to the local church and centre. The front desk staff went above and beyond to be friendly, accommodating and helpful. We stayed one night and really enjoyed, hotel is very nice with view to Mountain, our room is clean and large, the most wonderful thing is view from our window, We could see Fansipan mountain on early morning and that is amazing , breakfast is perfect with many dishes, restaurant is well decorated and has outdoor table for coffee, Hotel staff is helpful and hospitable .. The rooms were very clean and cozy, the beds were comfortable. The view from the rooms was great. Other services that we were very pleased with were the heated pool, the free wifi, great breakfast and quite rooms. You should definately stay at the Chau Long Hotel when in Sapa.

Worth it”
We were just passing through and happened to have a discount site. We paid 20 plus tax, great deal from Agoda website. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and breakfast was very good. The attendants were all very kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

Amazing place for holiday ”
Chau Long hotel is well located in nice street “ Cau May”, room is very nice and clean with a large private balcony facing to valley, staffs are helpful, just some minutes walking to main street, church, Sapa square and shopping center, breakfast at sky view restaurant is perfect , we really like sitting on roof top bar and enjoy Hanoi beer, Would definitely stay again.

The drive from the train station only 45 mins. For a short stay and the typical sightseeing this hotel is great. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, the room was clean, warm. In the evening the restaurants are easy to reach by food, also bars and local shop.

We booked one room on high floor with . amazing view. Hotel is beautiful and clean, our room is large with nice balcony, Hotel located on main street so just some steps out to get to center, Staffs are very helpful, We will come back and stay here again for next trip
