Decent place, but not super clean”
The bathroom had a bunch of stained, dirty missing grout. the windows are not sealed so mosquitos get in. the operator was very frugal, and somewhat annoying about it.

Great Stay, the owner is a very nice german, he free updated us to 2-bedroom villa room. from this residence, it takes 15-min walk to chaweng beach, 10-min walk to big shopping mall, most important, all-inclusive kitchennette, we can cook ourselves.

very private and comfortable stay ”
We stayed 4 days at Blue House. It has a two-story structure, so my children liked it very much. It is located 15 minutes away from Central Festival(main shopping mall) on foot. It means that you can go out for a walk to and from Central Festival after dinner in a fresh air. Thanks to the hotel owner, we could rent a pick up truck at a very cheap price, so we could go around the island freely. It is decorated so carefully with a cute and fashionable items that we can feel easy and comfortable. I'll absolutely choose this hotel without any reconsideration. Once again thank Andrea for giving us unforgettable memory.

Andreas and the team are fantastic and couldnt do enough for you, apartments are great. Location is great. Up a bit of a hill, but then that's why the view is so good. Very quiet, chill out place to stay at an amazing price. { Only reason I gave the location a 4 is it's a 10 minute walk to the nearest 7-11, which is a rare thing in Thailand. :D }

The place located in Chaweng area but it is quite a walk to chaweng beach (Ark bar and other bar area) but you can take public transport as well which very easy to get after you walk out to the main road. And if you are lazy to go out you can also order the food in which is quite tasty, overall we are happy with this place

EXCELLENT SERVICE! EXCELLENT PLACE”
From check in to check out the services were great. If we needed anything it was done immediately. The service here was superior. The managers are really kind and friendly. The place is exactly as shown in the pictures. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay. Just one thing though I would recommend to the managers, this has nothing to do with the place or the property: maybe they can consider getting insurance for the motorcycles they rent (accidents can happen).

Nice 2 bedroom”
We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. 2 bedrooms with a balcony. 10 walk to the shopping center and 15 min to the beach. Very quiet at night as it’s located up a hill away from the main road and noise. Place is very clean. There is no pool at the location but one will be built soon. Need to go to a neighboring hotel to use the pool.

Spacoius room but bad location”
This hotel is located on a hill off the main road of Chaweng Beach. Rooms are spacious. Quiet location. Need to walk a certain distance for food or rent a bike. Nothing special about this hotel. There are a lot to choose other than this hotel for the price they are asking for.

Found on the spur of the moment, great self catering accommodation with hot water ( which was hardly needed ) Away from busy part enough to escape the nightlife but close enough to walk to. Very relaxed atmosphere with a great owner.

Pleasant rooms but no breakfast”
Nice room(s). Brand new and thus very clean & pleasant. Located within walking distance from the city center. Only downside was that the hot water was not working and there is no option for breakfast or meals.

The hotel is in a quiet area. We were a bit disappointed as the appartment was rather dark and the furnishings old. Moreover, room cleaning was only done every 2 or 3 days.

The reasons we will never! stay at this place again:”
The reasons we will never! stay at this place again: • Location: uphill and requires a very steep 15min climb. Also located ~1 hour walk to the beach • The website claims non-smoking rooms and the room had a strong smell of smoke • The Agoda website is showing misleading pictures of a swimming pool. There is no pool! The pool is available for the “villa guests” only! • Staff – extremely rude!!! • Also 1 bag was “missing” from our room

I absolutely do NOT recommend this house! My family had most dreadful stay in this house”
We stayed one week in the 8-people villa with private pool. Trouble started hitting us on the first night. Half of the villa was out of electricity. We had to spend the night without lights and air-conditioning. Though the staff came in and fixed it the following day, short-circuiting came on and off afterwards, we were stuck to the house busy resetting the circuit breaker by ourselves! Worse disasters rolled in non-stop.The pool was dirty upon our arrival. The staff cleaned it up only 3 days later. Our children still got some strange rash after they got out of the pool. There were leakage both on the ground floor and the second floor every time when it rained. Some part of the parking’s roof fell down and apart. Besides, the staff had to keep coming and going to fix something in our garden, no privacy at all for us. There is 10 minutes' walk to the Central Festival, but you must be very careful: wastewater is everywhere; cars are parked on the pavement. You have to share same lanes with the cars and motorcycles. Taxi is very expensive. On the last day, the villa was completely out of electricity and water without any notice and reason. Nothing could make it more awful and outrageous: we had to pay for a heavy electricity bill when checking out. Absolute No No to this house, run away from this place.
