Enjoyed our stay”
Older style accomodation so if you like modern style maybe not what you want. We liked it. Older style decor in our accomodation. Different from a hotel room. Small lounge area and separate bedroom area. The houses/rooms were like a small village. The coffee place and restaurant were a very different style from the accommodation. Modern, very pleasant indoor and outdoor areas. Food and service good. Good location only minutes from terminal 21 mall. We would stay at this hotel again.

Secret Garden”
Such a lovely place with outstanding staff. Garden was a hidden extra lots of set ups for photos. 1 and only downside ... whilst looking for cutlery noticed how dirty cupboards were. In saying that room was perfect. Would defove to stay again.

Excellent value for money hotel”
the privacy house we stayed in was wonderfully layout. to our surprise when we walked inside the house, it has a separate spacious bedroom, living room and bathroom. definitely excellent value for money for the price we paid. the kingsize bed was superb. all the bed linings looked and felt brand new and were of very high quality. all the furniture were of good quality as well. it has room service meal at very reasonable priced. so was the minibar with all items priced comparable with that of seven eleven, if not cheaper. what's more the breakfast is included free. all the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful with providing information on local attractions. service with a smile. the restaurant is big and the garden next to it is also big and peaceful. this is arguably the best 3 star hotel we have ever stayed in. the only disappointing thing was we didn't stay there long enough. definitely will use this hotel again if we ever pass that area again and if the price remain more or less the same. strongly recommend this hotel resort to anyone.

A perfect retreat for a romantic honeymoon”
Chayada Resort is definitely the best place during my stay in Thailand. The whole property is like a private garden, where you can sit admiring the scenic beauty around you like rice paddies. I will definitely come to Chayada Resort again if I visit Korat again.

It made our holiday! We will go back!”
loved this place! i have a 2 year old son and a hotel is just no good! i needed a safe quiet enviroment with room for him to play and make some noise! we booked for 2 nights but extended several times to stay the week! that must say something! i have spent the last 15 years travelling in the uk for my work only returning at weekends to my home so i feel i know something about this subject! the houses were extremely well planed, not expensively furnished but everything i need was there. good shower with hot water, air conditioning and extra fan. kettle for hot water when we requested it. no charge! outside area to wash and dry clothes. fridge stocked with beer and goodies and the prices ok. food available to your house with a 10 baht charge per plate... suited me when i was tired and didnt want to venture out into the city in the car!. the food was good! not ok, but good! breakfast included in the price, with help yourself extras but only the main oder a one off. eat inside, or out upto to you. tv in the inside breakfast area and of course in your accommodation with umpteeen channels so english available! if you want a family location this is ideal. if you want somewhere away from the town as a couple wonderful! korat like any city gets busy at rush hour and the turn offs on a dual carriage way. the first time if you arrive at 5pm it may seem hard but time your arrival and its not hard to find. lets face it any city has these problems!

Cool Little place with a great staff”
nice hotel.. comfy bed... excellent restaurant... competent staff and reasonable price. thai people stay here. you're in thailand so hang out with thai people!..you'll be loved to death as opposed to having to duke it out in your usual farang hangout ;-). no swimming pool, but it's unlikely you are in nakhon for vacation anyway. the restaurant is very good as i said.. be sure to order the pan roasted cashews and green curry. the landscaping is quaint and the gardener does a nice job of taking care of three giant bird of paradise plants there.he is very good with orchids. this is not waikaloa village on the big island, but if you are a plant person, the orchids will keep you snapping photos. this place is hard to beat for the money..free breakfast..best to eat:thai food. wife is getting some dental work done in the city and i am staying there again next week. some excellent dentists in nakhon ratchisima also.

Good mid range choice for spacious accomodation with decent breakfast/food”
I noted when researching where to stay that foreign guests have difficulty in Korat finding English speaking staff, non-Thai food choices and beds that are not brick hard. Chayada Garden has some english on reception (not elsewhere) and a limited range of western-style food for breakfast and during the day/evening. That said, I recommend the Thai "Pan-fried eggs", with salami-like sausage bits and very light spicing over the rather typical "American breakfast". The Thai food was good value and quality (for a mid range hotel) and is promptly served in the rooms as well with a modest service charge. You get a 250 baht per room voucher for breakfast with an inclusive room option but you can pay more if you are a big eater! Reception is combined with an attractive new coffee bar whereas the restaurant is a bit more prosaic in style. We rented two standard 'rooms' for a family of five (actually = a bedroom, bathroom and sitting room) which were reasonably spacious and well laid out. The kingsize beds I would rate as comfortable side of firm if they were in a western hotel and we all slept well. The hotel is I would guess 20 years old so its a tiny bit dated and certainly not as modern as the boutique and mansion block hotels springing up around Isaan, but we liked it nonetheless for its garden ambience in close proximity to the city centre. The gardens are well maintained semi-tropical style and would be cooling in summer heat (we stayed in the cool height of rainy season). The rooms are less well maintained and we left a list of four maintenance needs for the rooms which will probably be ignored if I know anything about the Thai approach to maintenance. Nothing really irritating though. The TV was large new flatscreen with good cable reception (lots of sport but the only English language channel among 50 showing was the excellent Aljazeera News - this is par for the course in Isaan unless you go for 4-star or hit lucky. The air-con and wi-fi worked fine and hot wate

peaceful hotel”
Maybe i can't forget this hotel with budget price. I was very comfortable look like home stay. It looks like town house. Room is clean with living room. It is center of city but very quiet and fresh air around field. One flaw is not easy to find this hotel even though clear map. because It is very small street from big main street. Pay attention to find this small street.

Our home away from home!!”
My wife and I always stay at Chayada, when travelling thru Korat. Although located off the main road, it is perfectly located between both shopping malls (The Mall and Terminal 21 Korat), about a 5-7 min. tuktuk ride. We stayed in our fav. 1 bedroom house/cottage, soft enough bed, living room, normal size fridge and a simple enough bathroom. Dining here was absolutely a treat, didn't break the bank and taste and presentation was great. Breakfast is not buffet anymore and they offer a decent selection of set menu dishes. As far as getting around the city, reception will gladly call tuktuk or taxi service, usually arriving promptly. The resort does lack some hotel amen. like swimming pool, weight room etc. , but the value for money, coziness and good food and location, keep bringing us back!!

Great hotel..like living in a house...”
Really enjoyed my stay at Chayada Resort...I was able to relax. Shower was always hot and there were fresh towels and great room service. The staff could speak a little more English as they gave me the wrong meal even though I pointed at it on the menu many times. Breakfast could be a bit more varied but tasted good all the same. Management was very helpful when, through my error, I was unable to get onto the internet...she spent personal time helping me step by step. All in all, except for the walk to the main drag...a very nice place.

Nice apartment style accommodation”
I stayed here with my girlfriend nearly a year ago now, just getting round to doing the review! The accommodation is really spacious, like you're own separate ground floor apartments. We stayed in a one bedroom but they also have two bedroom (essentially houses) available too. They're fairly spaced out so each apartment has it's own drive if you have your own transport (recommended). One bedroom accommodation has a nice living area, bathroom, and bedroom. Also their is a bit outside with a sink to do your own hand washing. It's very cosy and comfortable. Their is only air con in the bedroom, which doesn't tend to reach the living area which has a fan - not a huge problem I found, perhaps in hot season though this could be. Apartment's were very clean. Didn't try the restaurant so can't comment. Location I would say is not the best, there's a bit of a walk into Korat city, your own transport would be desirable. Although tuk tuks are cheap in Korat once you can get past the language barrier. The hotel staff are friendly but their English is not great. One problem we had was we had some issues turning on hot water for the shower. We called reception and someone came straight over to show us how to do it. It seemed quite complicated, as you had to turn the sink hot tap on for 30 seconds before the shower. I did return to this hotel a few months later in a different room and the problem wasn't so extreme. The hotel is good value for money for the size of accommodation you get. If you don't need all the space then you could likely find a better option in a city centre hotel. But I have stayed in a number of hotels in Korat and this is one of my favourites (there are not very many decent hotels in Korat in my opinion). Good for families or couples.

Best resort in Issan after 2 weeks ”
This was really the best resort we stayed after 2 weeks traveling in the north east of Thailand. The room had everything one needs to be comfortable someone has spent some time and car on creating a perfect environment for a traveler. The gardens were amazing well kept and beautifully designed. We will be returning to this resort and staying for longer.

Nice hotel without the hotel feel.”
My second stay at Chayada and will not be my last. A bit out of town but about 20 minutes walk to either the Mall or the centre of Korat. You can order a taxi if you don't like walking and that is only about 50 baht. Not like a hotel room, more of a small apartment, breakfast menu a bit limited but I found it was OK.

Very nice place, better than a hotel ”
It is such a lovely place to stay, you have your own little villa, seperate bedroom, sitting room, even has an outside basin for washing clothes. I really enjoyed it there, will definitely stay there again. I think its the nicest 'hotel' in Khorat for the price, very beautiful gardens, in a lovely setting. Maybe it better if you have a car, but they will call taxis if needed.

Nice hotel”
I like this hotel so much and also my lover love it. We selected the best room and not expensive. We have cooked there and have a nice time together. This hotel made feel as real home. I will go back there once we visit Korat. Thank you for Chayada to help us full fill this trip.

Quiet and Homey”
I got dropped off at the mall in town and the tuk tuk to the resort was 60 baht. Arrived and had a hassle free check-in. The price was great for having your own private condominium. Tesco and the shopping mall were a 20 minute walk from the resort. Good restaurant...All in all would recommend staying here if you're in Khorat. Breakfast wasn't great, but again for the price you pay, don't expect evrything!
