新築で設備は良い。 車、バイクがあれば 静かな環境で良い。 駐車場の屋根が欲しい。 配線工事中であった。 設備は良かったが、掃除をしているのか？ 洋服タンスの棚に砂埃が貯まっていた。 （自分で掃除すれば問題なく使えた）

ไม่คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่ายถ้าเทียบกับราคา ห้องค่อนข้างมีกลิ่นอับ ภายในห้องคับแคบ ไม่มีอาหารเช้าให้ทาน ยังดีที่เจ้าของห้องพัก(ผู้ชาย) อัทธยาศัยดี พยายามอำนวยความสะดวก อื่นๆ พอใช้ มีเครื่องซักผ้ากับระเบียง พอที่จะตากผ้า เห็นวิวตอนเช้าสวย เหมาะสมเป็นหอพักมากกว่าโรงแรม
