Clean and Convenient Location
quiet location, nice updated rooms, right in China town - easy to just start visiting Wats around, close to train and subway
I recommend this hotel. The rooms have small kitchenettes, safe, blow dryer, and fridge. I liked the updated style of the room. The doors are not sound proof by any means, but we had no problems with to much noise coming in. You can easily get to this hotel by taking the Subway all the way to the end and catching a Tuk tuk for 40 baht. I loved being located right in China Town, which makes for a good launching pad to visit the sites of the city by foot or a short Tuk tuk ride.

Ok budget hotell...
Cheap and ok rooms...
Booked this because it was cheap... Hotel is average... But better than other hotels in chinatown. Minibar was full for those who care. Free internet by cable(to short). Friendly staff. Ok clean rooms, but as several hotels in Chinatown the have problems with small antz/termits, small numbers though, not a big problem. They serve breakfest in your room, fill out a form about what you want and they deliver it too you in the morning... No extra charge.. If you wanna stay in chiantown this is a ok budjet alternative, been living in 4 different hotels here. There are more expencive ones that are better.

nice hotel, but difficult to find
very interesting location in the heart of China town, near some markets, the river, the old historical part of town, only difficult to find due to the crowded little streets, nice service, very clean and comfortable with the handy kitchenett
We arrived late in the evening and it was a cultural shock to find your way to the hotel, as after the busy day there was litter wayting to be collected some hours later, next day we discovered the big plus of fantastic food served just on the streets all around, the tesco just around the corner the city bus 53 taking you only for 7 Bath to the royal palace past the great flower market. The location shows yu few of the many faces of Bangkok, with the train station and the metro close by easy to get to the modern touristy side of the city. The hotel has a breakfast service to your room, TV, fridge, mikroewave oven, frying pans and all the necessary plates etc. for coocking- great if you walk like us for hours and sometimes prefer to take a hot shower eat something lite and collapse in bed. Exchange offices all around, the best one at the train station - just a good way to really explore the city - temples, palaces, markets, people .

Check Inn China Town
very central location for China Town. Kitchenette a bonus.
China Town is very busy in the run up to Chinese new year. The narrow lanes are very crowded in the afternoon. Stalls open early so it is much more pleasant to stroll around in the morning from about eight o clock. If you want vegetarian food 'little India' to the north edge of China Town has some delicious restaurants.

Great Value, Good location
Good location, very clean, friendly staff
difficult for taxi to locate. No restaurants
check inn was a surprise. we didn't expect such good quality rooms at that price! place was clean and it even had thick towels with logos on them. location was excellent for shopping in and around chinatown. but don't use it as your hq for other parts of bangkok, as traffic in the area is horrendous!
