Would stay again but not the best hotel I've been ”
After a very short trip from Earls court station (5minute walk) we arrived at the Chelsea hotel! Our room was down the stairs in the basement and was very small however due to us not spending much time here it wasn't much of an inssue. The room itself was very noisy from traffic but its London so we did expect this and the room was also VERY hot in the night and we did struggle to sleep! The cleaness of the room was fantastic beds made clean sheets towels each day etc.. A fault we did have was the breakfast, we went for breakfast and saw the continental option, we was then brought out some toast and when asked if they did a fry up / hot option they responded with a no, so my adivce would be to get breakfast in one of the cafes that are close! It is a a good hotel if your wanting somewhere to rest your head as the beds were good quality and comfortable and it was only 2 stops til Hyde Park which was where we needed to get too.

+: good location, nice bathroom with towels and shampoo, comfortable beds, cleaning every day, LCD cable TV, Tea maker in the room, helpful stuff, -: very plain breakfast, non-working wifi, very noisy day&night (cars&motocycles wrooomm under your window all night)

The fridge is not working!!!(room 12) so pay attention that you can't count on it! (although you pay for it). The cleanliness of the room is poor. There's Limescale in the kettle, and some of the drawers smell really bed so you can't put anything in them. There's not enough chairs and tables in the lobby (which is also the dining room) so you don't have where to eat sometimes. Besides all that, the staff is friendly. In this case, you don't get what you pay for and although the conditions of the hotel are entirely bearable, it seems more like a hostel than a hotel, and in that case the cost is far too expensive.

Great location but very basic hotel”
Our stay was just fine. Nothing special on this hotel though. The only reason we chose this because its near to Wimbledon. Breakfast: cereals, fresh milk, toasted bread, coffee, juice Room: basic bed and towel, but its dark inside. little space of luggage. Staff: some staff are polite and helpful, others are arrogant and feel they are the boss.

I enjoyed it there. Friendly staff, okay room with good bed. For some people it may be a disadvantage that there is no elevator and room at the front is a bit noisy because of the traffic. No English breakfast, but that was fine by me.

The hotel was fine a little tired”
the hotel was fine a little tired could use some tlc but that said the room we had was large enough the view meant you could not be over looked. the breakfast was ok with good service by the staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. it is near the tube station but far enough away so that noise is not a problem. there are good pubs in the are with real ale and good food we liked the blackbird there is a real kebab shop that stays open late and the food is great. over all i would say that this hotel is ok nothing to write home about but clean and welcoming.

huge room but in basement”
the room has 3 beds and in basement. I actually watched some ppl’s legs when pass by the street. never expected.very wierd as i book for a single room myself. the toilet was not cleaned and stunk when i checked in. the bed is very old. sheets are worn. no remote control and cannot change a TV channel.

Look for a night sleep, not cheap”
It is fine to stay if Looking for a night stay with surrounding convenient stores n foods. 10-15 mins walk to earl court station. Lack of Room facilities such as drink table too small, TV stand only, no space to place your pocket things, no rack to hang clothing or tower, bathroom no soap holder, floor carpet at bath entrance is soaked feeling damp, no aircon but with heating device, no issue as we are there in end summer.

Room was mouldy”
The room had a big brown stain in the wall what looked to be from a water leak... the bathroom was not very clean and had mould up around the ceiling line. All in all the state of this hotel was not great and even at the low cost the the pictures do not tell the true story... I would not recommend this to anyone. I am not a fussy person and have lived very rough at times. But when presenting an image of a nice place to stay it should match the description and this hotel in my opinion did not.

Very delayed and full instructions were given on how to enter the property, room number and the whereabouts of the room key. Comfortable en suite room with facilities as advertised and a more than adequate breakfast included. Many thanks.

As long as you realise the breakfast is not cooked and the rooms are on the small side, there should be no issues. Price and location are the key here - if you want cooks and large rooms, stay somewhere more expensive.
