Chelsea hotels & accommodations

the pestana chelsea hotel is a great option in london. it trades off accessibility with great quality standards, which is a very unusual feature in london. never the less it is relatively easy to get to if you know the city's transport system well, so i do very hihgly recommmend this hotel to any business aor leisure traveller.

The hotel is beautiful in every way. The staff are very friendly and really tried their best to keep the hotel running. Our initial room's air con was not working so we were upgraded to the Queen's suite for our entire stay which was about 9 days! My kids were over the moon obviously. The hotel had some issues with an over heated server that set the sprinklers off in ...

i had previously stayed at a three-star hotel for the same price, and that room was smaller than my dorm room and featured a twin bed. so imagine my surprise when i arrived at anvi and was met with a huge one bedroom studio. the apartment was spacious and newly renovated. i loved my queen sized bed, something i never imagined possible in london at the rate i paid. the ...

I've struggled for years to find a London hotel that's good enough to stay in and doesn't cost a year's salary. I go there for or five times a year and so this has always been a pressing issue for me. London has more lousy hotels at ridiculous process than any other city I know. Worse even than New York! I think at last I have found what I've been looking for. The Hote...

Good location, refurbished Kensington Close Hotel with the usual Holiday Inn branding upgrades from what it once was when just the Kensington Close. A good enough ‘city tourist 3.5Star’ but no, not a genuine lavish 4 Star hotel as the more serene, well designed, refurbished, European city centre establishments can be. That said, it procides what it states on the tin. ...

Chelsea Cloister is really a very nice accomodation. The studio is very good with everything you need for your stay: a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine , kettle, and the location is fantastic ,just a few minutes walk to either South Kensington station or to Sloane Square station. Also, the bus just in front of Sainsbury is only a few minutes away . The studi...

This is our second stay at The Beaufort London. The first stay was so good that this time we got our friends to stay here with us. Our group consist of a family of 3 with a small child, an elderly lady and a couple. The rooms were quite small, especially our room but we enjoyed hanging out at the common area after breakfast, before dinner or whenever we were converging...

Best hotel for travellers! Located in the midst of Kensington where restaurants, the Railway Station, shops and other attractions are at an arm's length away! The rooms of the Hotel were clean and comfortable, the staff and concierge were quite helpful and courteous! We would like this hotel to be our address when in London!

This was the first time I was traveling alone in about 6 years (children stayed at home), the design of this hotel is SO COOL. I fully recommend staying here, the one issue was that things broke: the elevator didn't work for a few days, there was loud construction happening during the day across the way, and the windows were being washed during my stay. All these thing...

The staff we not interested in me at all. We arrived one hour before check in and were told to come back (fair enough) we out our bags two stories down in the storage room and went to a walk came back. Upon checking in she told us to go and get our bags so we did, so that's two stories down, we come back and our dorm is right next to where the bags were in the storage ...

We booked a studio and it was located on the 5th floor. We had no problems with the elevator during our stay. The room was exactly like the photos. Most of the things you need in the kitchen are included (salt & pepper). They even have a tote bag for your grocery shopping because supermarkets are charging a fee for plastic. That's very thoughtful. Staff are super frien...

it is easy to found out the hotel from gloucester road station . i need 5 min walk to the hotel. there are some supermark and coffee shop and post office near hotel. when i arrived at hotel at 7:00 a.m. they help me to keep my luggage. that i can go for a walk, when i am back to the hotel at afternoon, they are send my luggage inside my room. my room are bigge...

I would like to acknowledge the friendliness of support staff at this apartment. The hotel accomodated us at 9am on the day we arrived and was able to extend checkout until 3pm without any additional charges. They offered solutions to make our stay convinient, which is refreshing. The apartment is about 5 mins walk from Earl’s Court Station and about 8/10 min walk from...

i stayed in the hotel for two period. during the first period i was given a fairly small room but with a fairly large bathroom. however on the second period, i was given a smaller room with an even smaller bathroom. just felt being short changed because i paid the same price for all the rooms. furthermore was told that the hotel comes with air conditioner. but for reas...

My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the hotel an its staff who were all very efficient and courteous. The interior deco was very chic. The hotel is superbly well kept and and we loved the complimentary beverages in the lobby. The staff were very helpful in storing our baggage before we checked in so that we could start our day early touring the city.Mr Adam , fro...

We had booked a room for 4 as we are a family with 2 young kids (3.5 & 6.5 years old). During our arrival we were told that we were to stay in a huge room in the basement with window to a small inner courtyard. We asked to be moved to a higher floor room with a nicer view. Since that night there was no availability, they offered to move us to another room the next mor...

Booked the Executive room. It is on the lower level which gave us a bit of a garden to step outside. The bathroom is huge. The best however was the incredible bed! Be aware that you need to order your b'fst the night before & indicate the time. Received ours exactly on time. Full English was excellent. Overall, a wonderful stay!

I had a really nice time at Best Western Burs Hotel I must comment on one of the Reception Staff called Theresa who helped me when I could not open my room window especially as my room felt like a sauna She helped me with this matter and even supplied me with a fan The rooms are spotless but my only issue is that on the day of departure the housekeepers were knocki...

Lovely hotel, with the very best staff. They think of everything, give u umbrellas on rainy days; have hot tea, champagne, and snacks. Great recommendations for restaurants & getting around London. Not having heard of this hostel or its operator, I booked this fairly randomly on a last minute visit to London. What I arrived at just amazed me. Fantastic place in every way. The beds, particularly, are just the best in the hostelling industry. An absolutely essential booking you need to make.

hotel is in an amazing location on the corner of paddington and edgware road. on site parking is a day (just out of the congestion zone) which is about 15 cheaper than the ncp over the road. the staff are very helpful and pleasant. the hotel is clean, rooms are reasonably spacious. i have stayed at many hotels around paddington and would say this may be the best in the...

This hotel is centrally located in Kensington. Walking distance to the tube and the local area. The big bus hop on hop off bus stopped 500 m from hotel which was super handy. The staff were also willing to make bookings and offer advice - although in regards to buses they felt very strongly about one company instead of the other... The room was small but it is London a...

This hostel is one of the best hostel I have visited before, in top 5. Most of all I like the location. it is located in the Kensington area. So it feels very safety while I was staying even though I come back the room lately. The Earl's court Metro is very close to the hostel. It takes just in 5 minutes. And if you like to walk or to run. It takes just in 30 min. to ...

Very clean, spacey rooms, Leila the housekeeper is super nice and friendly. Just off the main drag so quiet. The only thing will suggest are to have a small softer light available in room instead of this glaring main light or pitch black with nothing in between

Accomodation in the centre, very close to underground. The hotel itself is awful. Very dirty, old destroyed rooms, dirty bathroom, underground trains goes in front of the window from early morning, not good place for sleeping. The whole hotel is dirty, awful and disgusting. It doesn't cost for the prize, even it's cheap. Not recommend.

Took of a few stars because of the small dining area and also the fact that one portion of the ceiling in the bathroom in my room had sagged. Very close to the underground and a bus stop. Easy to get around and quite safe area. Loved it. Will most likely return if I'm visiting London again.

I loved everything about this place! Great reception area and the manager was very friendly. Heated floors in the bathroom was a very nice touch. The only thing I wish was provided is a washcloth. Other than that, the hotel is well located, we were able to get straight into our rooms when we arrived and the included coffee and bottled water was a welcomed touch. Very e...

It's a 4-star hotel, near the Kensington High Street Station by around 4 mins walk. Staff are helpful and the room is clean. Surprising me that there were free breakfast which was not incl. in my booking. However, the room is really small and you feel you are walking around the bed only. No slipper too...

Hotel was very modern and pleasant! although not one of the largest hotels, it was a good size and our room (semi-basement) was very spacious. we also had a window (half basement/half street) The breakfast had cereals, bread, and fruit, however no english breakfast! it was served at an extra charge. The rooms were kept clean, however who was on cleaning schedule dur...

I travelled on this occasion with my 10 year old daughter on her first trip to London. We upgraded to a twin room for an additional £20 per night as we needed two beds. The room was quite small but clean and comfortable, if a bit stuffy. The bathroom was fine and there was a safe, tea/coffee facilities, free wifi in the room and complimentary soft drinks in the fridge ...

The room is big enough and clean. No foul smell. Location is very convenient just a 5 minute walk to train station. Then, a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast is great! Unlimited! The receptionist named Hany is awesome. He is very accommodating and approachable. We will definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to family and friends.

This is a nice boutique hotel. The rooms are more like 2 - 3 stars, but the location is fantastic. The only major down side is that there is no air-conditioning, so being their in August was very hot. They did give me a fan and we could open the windows a slight bit, but with no cross-breeze, it was pretty hot. I'd definitely stay here again, but only in the winter,...

Love the hotel in terms of location & cleanliness and don't mind that the room is a bit small. Where on earth can you get a room with such good location at below RM300 in London. I have been trying to book a room in the same hotel from 5th to 8th Dec but it seems they are fully booked. I will fully recommend this hotel to anyone if you don't mind a small room but with...

Located in the expensive Kensington area, the price is considered affordable for the room size. Not being discriminative, but for safety reasons, if you are considered morbidly obese / had knee surgery(ies) / have gout problems / on wheelchair, please book another hotel. The room and water closet (so tiny it cannot be classified as a toilet) are just tiny for a normal ...

My daughter was spending the night in the royal Brompton hospital Chelsea, we were unable to get family accommodation so searched trivago, we found this hotel extremely last minute, for the price we paid we weren’t expecting much at all, but was pleasantly surprised, decent room, en suite, big comfy bed, friendly staff, handy location and a decent hearty choice of brea...

I love this accommodation! As uni accommodation it is not only give me secure feelings but also great wifi connection, awesome share facilities and they are not commercial ! If you don't mind room without TV and looking for affordable accommodation in priciest London area, this one is perfect. Don't go to shady hotel. Also, if you work as academic, this uni accommodati...

I will give Westbury hotel 8 out of 10 stars. The staff is very helpful in helping me on the tour info and allow me for early check-in. The location is extremely convenience and it is just 3 minutes walking distance to the earls court underground station. Even though the room is small but this is really not a show stopper as we normally will hang around outside for the...

The rooms of the Hotel were clean and comfortable, the staff and concierge were quite helpful and courteous! We would like this hotel to be our address when in London!

I am very happy that i choose this hotel to stay for 10days(some other booking by other website) as it s location is the best to the tube connect to the attractions and airport without changing trains. And the room fits the requirement we need regarding the price and the staff esp at the front desk are well trained and friendly. Service is quick and efficient. Rooms ar...

4-star hotels in Chelsea

My wife and I spent two weeks in London over the holidays (Christmas/New Year's) to celebrate our 10-year Anniversary. We booked the Chelsea Junior Suite at the Park International Hotel because we wanted enough space that it didn't feel we were climbing over each other in our room. We know how small hotel rooms in London can be and didn't want to be stuck in too small ...

Great apartment complex located in the heart of Kensington/Chelsea with ideal situation for exploring the city by Underground. Gloucester Road Underground station is only few minutes away. Nearby shops, pubs and supermarkets. Ideal for a citytrip when you don't want to be fed up with an overly expensive city centre hotel. Prices are competitive, standard not cheap but ...

Had to get some emergency accommodation as the place we booked through another group was filthy. When we arrived early they had our room ready and the manager was absolutely fantastic as well as all the staff we met. As we cater for ourselves we found the kitchen perfect and easy to use. Bed is very comfortable and shower good. I would recommend this place to everyone....

It was definitely an amusing stay for us. During our check in, the staff told us they would upgrade the room for us from 2 bedrooms to 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. That’s wonderful.... The amenities were perfect excepted that there was no air conditioner during the heat wave period. However, I know they were tried their best to provide the movable air cond and fans. Ev...

I loved this hotel So convenient. Minutes to the Earls Court Tube. Direct line to Heathrow . Our room had a queen bed, 2 small balconies, small refrigerator and tea making appliance. I found this room very functional. The lighting was probably the best of any hotel we’ve stayed in 45 years. I loved the shelf in the bathroom that was over the toilet and sink. Perfect fo...

Booked a 2-bedroom apartment. It was an enjoyable experience. The apartment is spacious and clean, with nice decos. The area is carpeted and the beds are very comfortable. It is very near to supermarkets (Sainsbury and Waitrose) and also near to two underground stations. Attractions are within walking distance, particularly the Natural History Museum and Science Museum...

The flat was perfect. Comfortable, attractive, good lighting, nice kitchen, HOT water and a nice bath...having a washer/dryer allowed lighter packing. The host was very nice. When we arrived and said, "No microwave?" (easy prep of ready to eat meals), he delivered a brand new one the next day. He also helped when we could not figure out the Smeg oven controls (we s...

The room has large space. Location not far from tube, also the supermarket. All the necessary kitchen equipments are provided. We booked executive one bedroom for 4 ppl, however, the towel provided just 3 sets, also no blanket for sofa bed. But we have our owned, so didn't contact the staff to ask for that. Overall is worth for money.

Pro: good location, just behind Sloan Streer Cons: 1. The Head of Housekeeping of whom we should be able to contact was often MIA. We would text to ask him questions with no replies for 1-2 days. However after we reported to his ‘boss’, problems would be solved. 3. Some parts of the apartment were run down. At one point, the glass partition that prevented water fro...

About 5 - 7 min walk from the underground station. Some pubs and restaurants along the way. A supermarket is nearby as well. The room is very clean. It would be perfect only if the apartment had a lift. I had a large suitcase and could not carry it up to the 3rd floor without a gentleman’s help. Nonetheless, I loved our stay there.

I have been there many times and will return. It is a fabulous location and all of the apartments are well appointed, clean and well cared for. But the best thing about Beaufort House are the staff, they are helpful, kind, efficient and professional.

I've never seen a hotel room this small before. This hotel would've been perfect, 5 stars, if not for the tiny room. It was just me and my daughter, and we're not big people. We're both skinny 100lb people and we felt squeezed in there. For the price we paid, we expected more, and yes, I know we're in South Kensington. It still didn't justify a hotel room of this size....

I booked Pelham Hotel due to the mistake that agoda made for my other booking. They didn't inform me the other hotel was full and relocated one of my rooms to a different location. Agoda staffs act immediately and transfer my booking to Pelham Hotel. Staffs in Pelham were very helpful. All the 3 rooms that i booked were nice though my room was a bit dark as the lightin...

This little hotel is tucked down a quiet pretty street - it’s a haven in the midst of all the Knightsbridge hustle & bustle. I stayed for 1 night & could have happily stayed forever: it is so charming and beautifully decorated and the staff are all fantastic. I felt really welcomed and really well looked after. I booked a single room & stayed in 207. The bed is a large...

I have communicated with Veeve more than 15 times about the arrival time in London. And they asked for my family names, ages, and even passport photos.
