A little mix-up, but they fixed it”

We booked a room understanding we had a garage because we have a very expensive motorcycle but when we arrived it was a holiday and we learned the only rooms left had no garages. The staff was quick to work with us to adjust our reservation and set us up in the room we needed. It was a lovely room, with a big clean garage, and we are grateful for the time they took to resolve the matter despite the line at the gate. Great motel, clean comfy room, great staff, really nice facility. You cannot go wrong here.

整体感觉是不错的，但交通稍微不方便，需要搭计程车，从埔里车站到汽车旅馆大约需要新台币150元。若要从汽车旅馆里开的话，也可以要求柜台服务员协助叫车。对身为外籍旅客的我们，到汽车旅馆见识参观，顺便过一夜，其实也值回票价的。

汽旅的房門居然是用一般住家的房間木門 很不ok 設施有點舊 浴缸旁都是黴菌 重點是房門被翹過 也不換掉 木門的門鎖那邊 都壞了

我住車庫型，旅館大門外觀尚為氣派，但房內裝潢看的出年久老舊(與網路照片感覺有落差)，廁所也尚可，唯獨不能接受的是一進房就濃濃煙味，到了隔日要離開都還是有味道。白色被單不知道有沒有洗乾淨，上頭有很明顯的污漬。若假日來住，這樣的品質所呈現出的價格，會覺的不成正比。但還是要稱讚他們服務人員親切客氣。

四人房，房間明亮乾淨，還有按摩浴缸，但對早餐比較挑剔的人，就要考慮一下，早餐是早餐店的一人一份，如果早餐可以選幾樣，讓顧客選擇自己想吃的早餐，就不會有不想吃而浪費食材的情形。
