All furniture in room needs replacement. Air conditioning needs replacement and is not sufficient fo”
Con's Outdated. Smells like smoke. Price too high as rooms are very low quality. Walk to Robinsons Galera is on street where sewage waste overflows. Cherry Blossoms needs significant restoration and the rates need to be adjusted much lower until renovatuon is performed and complete.

The hotel was just behind a mall where there are a lot restaurants and shopping. The facilities are rather old but decent. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

12/26/17 to 1/3/18 CBH Stay”
Although my wife is down with flu, our stay at CBH Room 408 is a good one. Breakfast is good, room is clean, security is well noted, and the staff overall are courteous and visitors oriented. Just few comments as follows: 1. In spite of posting PRIVACY PLEASE note on the outside door knob, cleaners still knocks or call if service is needed. 2. There is a "FOUL" smell when you approach the hotel driveway from Robinsons. 3. The music is splendid, but there is a sound knob control problem as there is no low sound to switch on for bed time listening. 4. There is no hotel provided toilet tissue. But overall, I will recommend for friends to consider CBH as place to stay when in Ermita, Manila.

Reserved Room Unavailable ”
Disabled guest, with severe mold allergy...reserved top-range room @ p3000 (plus) per night, with request for smoking room nearest the elevator. Was put in lowest range room at extreme far end of hotel away from elevator. Check in said my original room was given "to a group" for Christmas party stay, and she would "arrange a hotel refund at check out". The check out clerk had no clue what was promised me and refused refund. So I paid 2X what I shud have and stayed in a nasty smelly "short-time" room. Mid of night first night I had to open and vinegar clean the air con that was solid encrusted with ice and filter clogged with mold and dust. First night somewhere around 1AM persons knocking on my door. After security called found it was the night maid "wanting to bring in extra towels"...at 1AM....?!?!? The next morning I had to vinegar clean the shower and CR myself as the shower curtain was green with mold. CR seat not bolted to the bowl fell off the CR bruising my hip and knee. First night had to clean the ref. as it was full of a brownish slime. It took 2 days for the ref to get cold...just in time for check out. WORST stay I've ever had at this hotel. NEVER been treated with such disrespect and cluelessness. My family likes this location...and had always received great service from the staff...this is our standard place to stay when visiting Manila. We may have to change that now.

Good”
I really like the location. Close to Robinson and and walk to all business. Like I went to St Luke’s Medical Center. US Embassy and LRT. The breakfast is good but they need more variety. Since I stay in this hotel for a week. The WiFi is the terrible I encounter. Everyday I ask the reception and always say. They fix internet soon. The TV is too old and you can’t see the evening show. I’m here to sleep only

5 star customer service”
Every single staff we came across was courteous, friendly and helpful. This made our stay even more enjoyable. We stayed on a nonsmoking floor on the fifth floor. The room was clean and spacious. There was a small fridge, tea and coffee making facilities and 2 complimentary bottled water replenished each day. The aircon was cold enough. Bed was comfortable but pillows were a bit too soft for me. The towels and bed linen are not as white and fluffy by Western standard. There was an unpleasant smell in the toilet when we first entered the room but seemed to disappear later. Buffet breakfast was included, the Filipino dishes varied everyday, there were also fruits, a table with continental breakfast like bread and jam, and an egg and pancake station. Safety deposit box is at reception.

Good location and good breakfast”
The hotel is quite ok dear and dated. The rooms are quite large and spacious but very sparsely decorated and minimal furniture. If you're a light sleeper be warned the windows are not sound proofed and you get lots of traffic noise. On the up side the hotel is in an excellent location if you like malate and has a good buffet breakfast. The staff are very polite and helpful and there's a tomo of security so it's very safe. Safety deposit boxes are provided at the front counter for valuables but slthey girly inconvenient as it means you have to go to the reception anytime u want to access your valuables. Overall I'd say there's better value for money in the area but I'm not unhappy and would likely stay again.
