Nice room, clean but water cut off”
The hotel is good. The room clean and close to Mah Fa Reang University. The bed this is water cut off and no one in the hotel can fix this problem. That make us very angry and won't come to stay this hotel again. We told the staff but staff can't do anything as they said the owner is in Bangkok. They should has some responsibility to give us something back or do something.

Nice hotel out of town”
We booked this hotel when it called Pineapple resort & the location on Agoda map showed it as being a lot closer to the centre of Chiang Rai than it is. It's actually about 10min drive from the airport & 5min to the Black House but it will take you approx. 30min drive into Chiang Rai. Ideal if you're passing through for 1 night on the way to the Golden Triangle. Although we had booked a room with breakfast when we arrived they weren't expecting to feed us as the they don't get many foreign guests, that being said we did get breakfast every morning which was varied and interesting. Rooms are as described and are pleasant & clean with aircon fridge & TV(no English channels). It's a very friendly family run place where very little English is spoken except by the daughter but we managed everything with her help and a lot of smiling, she even drove us to town so we could hire a moped. If you don't have your own transport then stay nearer town as there really is nothing close by except the quite good Mexican on the main road.

Les chambres sont belles et propres. Le personnel est vraiment gentil mais ne parle pas un mot anglais. Les 2 propriétaires du moins. Vous allez pouvoir louer un scooter directement à partir de l'hôtel. Les repas et le blanchissement sont inclus dans le prix. Et les chambres ont des salles de bain complètes avec eau chaude.

위치가 어중간하게 있지만 그로인해 더욱 좋았던곳 치앙라이 중심부로 쉽게 갈수도 있고, 매싸이로 가는 길목에 위치해 있어서 좋음. 그러나 리조트를 찾기에는 인내심이 필요함. 치앙라이 마지막 여정에 긴여운을 남겼던곳. 직원의 친절과 영어로 많은 대화를 나누었고, 치앙라이에 대해서 다시 생각하게끔 만들었음 시설 또한 태국 어느 호텔과 비교하여도 손색없음. 구글맵에서 리조트이름으로 서칭하면 나오지 않으니 위치를 정확히 알아두고 가야함.

хороший отель,но расоложен в 10 км от вокзала.”
Расположен далеко от автостанции( в 10)км.но не далеко расположен черный дворец и термальные источники.мы взяли байк в аренду не далеко от автостанции и без проблем к нему доехали.когда уезжали,сдали байк и пешком дошли до автостанции.отель чистый,нам понравился.
