Pros: Good location, not too far shops and nightlife. Plenty of parking if you are driving. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Very spacious and clean hotel. (Nice entrance). Excellent breakfast with a good choice for all nationalities. Rooms are very clean, but slightly outdated which is probably reflected in the price. I would certainly recommend this hotel and stay again. Cons: None (If you're not worried about a room with a view)

ALL the staff at reception n at restaurant were good n helpful , Bfast serving had big variety thai & continental food , we all enjoyed the entire stay.

Great hotel during COVID-19 pandemic ”
This hotel opened only a small building, so, compact room is small. But it’s value for money. Anyway, during the pandemic, only a few staff working and only a few guest stayed at in this hotel. Not only this hotel but another hotel too.

Reception is beautiful and staff were great but the rooms are not very nice, very old, uncomfortable beds and bathroom was not very clean. Food is really good here and the pool is nice. I booked the hotel as the picture of the gym looked good but the equipment is very old and doesn’t work very well. The WiFi was terribly slow as well so was unable to stream Netflix. The price should be lower for what it is.

The room was okay but the wall and the door are so thin, you will hear everything of other room. even it is a good location but it is not worth the money , not recommend!!

Tiny rooms, no lift so... we have to use stairs. It was so misleading to customers, that it’s in 4 star hotel, but, actually.... the staff said it’s different hotel, and that’s 2 stars. It should be under different hotel name as it’s other wing of the hotel

BED BUGS CAUTION! DAY MANAGER IS TERRIBLE”
THERE IS ALLOT TO COMPLAIN ABOUT WITH THIS HOTEL! DO NOT STAY HERE TOO MANY PROBLEMS AND THE LADY WHO MANAGES THE HOTEL IS WORTHLESS! BED BUGS EAT YOU ALL NIGHT, THE MAIDS FORGET TOO MANY THINGS NO TOILET PAPER, NO WATER, THE HOTEL IS OLD AND SMELLS, ROOM KEYS DO NOT WORK, THE SWIMMING POOL IS GREEN WATER NOT TAKEN CARE OF, POO LOUNGERS HAVE MOLD ALL OVER THEM. HUNDREDS OF CHINESE IN TOUR BUSES STAY HERE AND THEY ALL LOOK UNHAPPY! THE MANAGER A LADY AT THE FRONT DESK SAYS SHE DOES NOT CARE IT IS EASY TO SEE THAT SHE HAS NOT HOTEL EXPERIENCE

Terrible management lady at the lobby”
Saw many problems with this hotel and the lady who was the manager dis not help customers with any of their problems. She seem to have no hotel experience zero! I would not reccomend anyone to stay at this hotel it had several problems and is not taken care of

Small room at the other side ”
The rooms on other side of main building are too small. No lift you have to bring your luggage and use the small and narrow stair to your room. The rate is not cheap actually. So, it very expensive!!! I have to upgrade to the basic room at the main building, at the end.

I was advised that if I locked my room from the inside that it would remain locked until management opened it at 8 a.m. The hotel does not have air conditioning! Do not let them fool you! The reception was rude and unhelpful. I attempted to change rooms, and they would only suggest to wait until later on in the day when the sun changes position. Check into this hotel (sauna) at your own risk if you are looking for an early experience of pure hot hell. Stay away! I fled!
