Great room and location. I Lost my handy in the room (under the matrass) and they let me look for it over 1h (hadn't phone number, only hotspot signal was recieved) also direktly near a night market. comfortable stay:) if you are higher than 180, you should be careful by going downstairs^^ my head had a hit

Good hotel with a convenient location. If you like to walk, then there will be a bus station nearby. The room is large, there is a refrigerator, a table, Wi-Fi. Nice girls at the front desk. Kind and funny, always ready to help.

Simple Budget Hotel In City Centre”
A modern cosy hotel that fits the budget in city centre within easy reach of the night market & areas of interest. Nice helpful host & I like the cable TV, fridge & water kettle & the cosy atmosphere to the place.

Good for a layover”
We stayed here for one night after a flight to Surat Thani on our way to Ko Samui. We were upgraded to a nice spacious room with twin beds instead of the small double. I was impressed with the facilities, having a fridge, a table, a sofa with good AC apart from the bathroom. All very clean. The location is good, close to buses and coaches to connect you to other locations. It was difficult finding the location as there are multiple hotels in Surat Thani called Chic so double check the location before starting your journey. Very close to a few lovely restaurants including a Korean BBQ place which was amazing! Overall would recommend.

Basic hotel with nice staff”
It's a very basic hotel with tiny rooms. Not well maintained to be honest. Staff doesn't speak English. Nice people though. Mainly Thai customers here. You'd save money booking on site. Agoda doesn't offer the best price.

Chic. Lovely. Cute”
We check in around midnight and there was a lady there to assists us. She was asleep but was all ready to check us in no time. Thank you so much. Make sure u make a request for late check in if u r using the train service. Cuz delays are common for the train service. We stayed for the just a nite in Chic hotel to catch the early ferry to koh phangan. It was a lovely hotel. Well decorated n clean. Easy to find. About 30 min to the hotel if u r coming from the train station. Wifi was slow. But if one come to relax n unwind this would be a lovely place to stay. Walking distance to the seatran bus terminal that would take you donsak pier, from there ferry to koh samui, koh phangan n koh tao. Atm machine was also easy to find.

Cute, Clean, and Cozy”
I stayed here for nearly a week and found it comfortable and reasonably convenient. They were generous with the complimentary bottled water, and even if the staff isn't quite fluent at English, a little patience goes a long way and the front desk girl was always helpful when I needed it (even if our acquaintance started with her not understanding I'd already paid and trying to get the first night's fee out of me). The help you're likely to get isn't as hand-holdy as at many other places, but I was grateful that she never tried to upsell or swindle me, and she could always point me in the vicinity of what I asked for, whether it was the nearest coin washing machines (in an alley a couple blocks down Tachana) or the bus depot (Kaset Market). The nearby construction made the days a bit noisy and the sidewalks hard to navigate (especially with luggage), but I can hardly fault the hotel for that. Overall it's my runner up for where to stay next time I'm in Surat town.

Hotel very near Seatran Coach bus Station ( 600m walking). It's very suitable for those who want to find a place to stay 1 night for transit to Koh Samui. Also near 7-11 store. Nice staff but Small room.

Very good boutique hotel from what I saw the only places to stay.walkable to market even ferry if you are going islands.almost self contained which again helps the budget,as I say the only place not stay in Surat Thani.very helpful staff

Charming little hotel”
Staff tries to be helpful .Knowledge of English is less than 10 words . Wifi was slow , but clean room .Cute decoration .Women will love it. Walking distance to city 15 minutes. Opposite the hotel local market .The food there nice and very cheap.

Clean, friendly staff”
Clean spacious rooms, staff were friendly. Bed was very hard, there is no lift (not too much of an issue with only a couple flights of stairs to reach the rooms) and not close to many food options. We were able to get the public bus from the main street about 5 minute walk away.

Not much to report about this place. A/c was over the bed & fan speed could not be adjusted. The TV had hundreds of channels...none were in English. Staff were very aloof & did not seem concerned about guests. Cell phones, videos etc seem to be precedent over greeting guests. Street food was really hard to find. The food that I did eat has caused traveller's gastric problems. Not a bad stay but, not one of my favorite hotels or, locations.

Cozy hotel with unique design”
Overall was a good experience to stay there, clean and spacious room. Equip with towel, fridge, microwave and even cutleries set. The only negative is bed too hard.

Good experience”
It was good experience. The location is not so far from the night market and other good restaurants. Because it is in town, there might be some noises from streets (but not that noisy). One comment is the receptionist is not that nice and did not smile. She helped with some questions though.
