I was here before, the kitchen was better equipped then, most the staff is friendly and helpful, they have some issues with agoda. I was hesitant about booking to many night from current rating but think it's low I added nights. like all hostel these days few people seem to live there way it is nowadays. Prague is a party town the hostel has tried to keep quite hours quiet. doing good job. hostel dose get very large groups so depending on them how stay may go with use of stuff like kitchen & Wi-Fi etc. but had a good stay will be back again some day..

No problem at all all is very nice for the fact it is a hostel so remember pls. All ppl so you know what u get the price is very reasonable All restrooms very clean no issues at all Only. Issues. I hade. And Only. Is with. WiFi. Only in small corne of entrance in the hostel should be at least in all area in collective rooms. Thank u will come back again!!!!

Great service for low price”
It is a budget hostel so we did not expect much however for such a low price the conditions in hostel a great. If you want better standard look somewhere else. I highly recommend this place. It is in the centre and the stuff is very helpful and friendly. the kitchen could be supplied better(newer pans and pots)

I had a reservation, although I was again charged by stuff. However, management of the hostel quickly gave me back my money after my complaint which I very appreciate. Beside that, I had to pay a despoit for key which I did not expect because anywhere was not information about it in advance. Location is wonderful, precisely in the centre, everything clean, calm in surrounding. Overall, I can recommend the hostel to others.

I stayed 3 nights. This hostel isn't close to Plague Station and another famous spot in Plague.In addition,here is noisy and WiFi weak too much why I had to go down the first floor. But stuff is friendly and kindly.

MOVIE SCENE SHOOTING SPOT FOR MISSION IMPOSSIBLE”
IT IS ACTUALLY A MOVIE SCENE FOR TOM CRUISE PLAYING MISSION IMPOSSIBLE SERIES. HE JUMPED FROM THE WINDOW SILLS IN THE MOVIE. GUESS FEWER PEOPLE KNOW IT. THE HOSTEL IS LOCATED IN A QUIET STREET, YET NOT TOO FAR AWAY FROM THE MAIN SIGHTS.

About hostel”
It was a nice reception but they give us bad room , we paid for triple room -one double and one normal bed and they give us 4 normal beds , when I come down to reception (4floors without flat) they said to us that they don't have free triple room for us and they are sorry for this "change" of rooms.Its only good for location and prize.But in the future I choose another hostel.

Didnt fell welcome in that place, the staf wasn't eficient and were a little bit rude. I've spend one night there and changed to blind hostel where every thing was perfect! I don't recommend chili hostel.

Real close to the centre of Prague, but niet verry clean”
Most highlights of the city are in walking distance, so that is amazing! The hostel itself wasn't that amazing, there was mold in the badroom, the matrasses were realy thin and the employees were Nice, but i've heard all off them say, I'm new, so i can't help with that. The check in seriously took An hour because they couldn't figure out if we prepaid our Stay and wanted us to pay againg. Next time i will take reviews more seriously before booking.

Alert!!! BED BUGS”
Overall it seems fine. No wifi in rooms, only in lobby which is a plus n a minus too. Kitchen is sharing, with all necessary stuff. Bathrooms n washroom were okay, nog properly cleaned and neither has paper rolls on time. MOST ALARMING! They have bed bugs. One of my room mate got sick of them n got her face n whole body messed up due to bed bugs. Later i found them on the wall beside me. N most amazing thing, when informed the hotel staff, reception, about it, staff was like hmmm hmmm ok. Wtf r u ppl. Strongly NOT RECOMMENDED.

no lift and have to walk 4/F. problematic padlock”
there's no lift in the old building so me and my mum have to carry our bags and climb 4 floors without any assistance from hotel staff. The room(2 single beds) is acceptable but some part of the floor has cracking sound. toilet situation is alright. some staff are helpful but some are kinda not. location wise the hotel is 15-20 mins walk away from tourist area. one big problem, the padlock is sooooo hard to open!!!

Awful Place! DO NOT STAY HERE! The place is ruin and they cheating by giving me the room that lower grade than what I booked. For the same money you can get somewhere else a lot better place.”
This hostel is just awful awful place. They are cheating by giving me the room that lower grade than what I booked. I booked for a private room with 3 beds but it's end up by they gave me a dorm room with share 6 beds, and they are just pretend that it's right. The staff is super UNFRIENDLY! what ever problem they will just tell me to contact agoda with out thing to do anything or even say Sorry.! Really Not OK. Place to stay. All over the place very old no elevator and they said WiFi available but It's available just only in the lobby and most of the time it's doesn't work anyway. Most of the equipment is broken or in a vary bad condition.

Avoid! Rude staff and tried to over charge for room then retain deposit”
Arrived at hostel and had to wait 15 minutes to check in as no staff available. They then tried to charge me more than the rate agreed when I booked on Agoda. When this was eventually sorted out I had to insist on being given a receipt. When checking out they refused to give me the deposit back on the room key unless I had the receipt. Thankfully I had it but no mention was made at check in about this. Really poor service and rude staff. Avoid at all costs!
