The place is quite and peaceful. It is bit far from the city, but if can take a rental car it won’t be much difficult. Very much recommend. It is a self check-in hotel, it is clean and quiet. If you need a detox kind of environment, it is much recommended.

This is the best hotel I've ever stayed! Sangat lah clean, aircond sejuk!! Got smart TV, fridge, iron and also microwave! I thought bilik like hotel budget bcs the price sgt murah but guess what... Harga yg u bayar mcm tak logik ye! Mewah weh hotel dia. Paling best, self check in and check out! Thanks for your best service. Definitely will come again!

I were assigned to another hotel branch due to the electricity maintenance on my check in date. Luckily I request to remain my stays in Chill Box. I stay here for 4d 3 n, it’s wonderful ! Staff were friendly n helpful. This budgeted hotel surrounded by nature. You will see cats, dogs & monkeys. Come here if u were a animal lover. Hopefully my next stay could see the improvement on the slippery floor & bad smells in the toilet….

The location is only 5 min away from Kuah city centre. Its a self check-in hotel. The amenities are perfect. The room is clean too. Though you may need to scrub off the mold in the en-suite shower room. I am satisfied.

An amazing find for the price! The location is great - it's not too far from shops but the area is remote enough to be peaceful. It can get cold on rainy days, so we didn't even have to put on the aircond sometimes. The room was spacious, comfy, and had nice facilities (smart TV, fridge, hairdryer, iron, electric kettle, beverages, safe, ample toiletries). WiFi and aircond were also good. They rent out relatively new scooters for cheaper prices which was fantastic. The staff are friendly and responsive, and their check-in and check-out system is clever and efficient. Would definitely stay again!

When we arrived at the hotel, my wife cant stop smiling and tell me that this is exactly what she have in mind. She makes the room just like home. Although our refrigerator cant use (maybe i dont know how to turn it on) but it didnt affect our stay there as we dont use it. We loves it so much and totally will repeat and recommend it to others. P/s: sorry to stain your pillow case. My hairdye got on it. I tried to clean it off but still cannot. Hope you wont mad at it. Xoxo

Pros: - Super clean room, bed, toilets. - Fridge inside the room. - Spacious parking. - Delicious breakfast, with very nice coffee. Cons: - Location is quite isolated. Definitely need your own transport/car to roam around Langkawi. Getting a taxi/Grab should not be a problem but do expect longer waiting time. Hope I can be back there soon. Cheers.

Very clean, modern and cosy hotel. It's slightly away from the main tourist areas but if you get a scooter, it's not a problem and could even be preferred by some.

Hidden gem in the edge of the forest”
Rooms are very spacious & serviced daily. Breakfast is brought to your room in the morning which was delicious. Although this hotel is located some distance away from main attractions and shops, as long as you arrange transport ( we had a scooter) it can also been seen a bonus. Very quiet, peaceful and gave us a real opportunity to relax. Lily and the rest of the staff team were always welcoming, friendly and happy to help which made our stay there pleasurable. We originally booked 3 nights and extended. Overall, we would recommend Chill box - affordable A* accommodation on a backpackers budget.

Nice place to stay but a bit dark on the road outside”
Cheap and worth to stay. Everything is good and clean. Self check in and check out there. Coway water filter available. The only down side is the location. The location is a bit deserted and uphill, the entrance from main road is a bit dark but not a problem if you rent a car, quite near to the town though, just within 2-3mins away.
