Private pool was clean , great for our kids to swim and have fun. The jacuzzi tub was good but took 2 hours to fill up but it was warm enough. The beds were soft enough. Thr rooms were large and had fridge and TV, only thai channels though. All in all a pleasant place to stay

This place is not a resort! , No pool, no gardens, no restuarant, no bar. The room was modern and very clean with good aircon with parking right outside but NO windows. completely sealed, no natural light which makes the room depressing. there is no reason why a window couldnt be added to the external wall, itwould only give you a view of your parking space but at least there would be natural light, without a window its just a sealed box. The description and pictures on the website give no indication that there are no facilities and no windows. If I had realised that I would have booked somewhere else. staff were very friendly.

Accused us of spoiling their television when we did not do it. Normal hotels would everything before they allow you to check out. But only after I check out 5 hours later then they called me and said I spoiled their television and demanded money for it. Beware of this hotel.
