Poor check in staff”
My old parents was not allowed to check in as the staff claim no payment received from Agoda and they don't encourage from 3 rd party booking(Agoda) ,made them wait more than 1 hour.Finally after waiting for 1 hour,multiple call to Agoda,finally the hotel staff claim they missed look the booking. The Hotel Staff Miss Laurel Liang was not cooperative at all. Not stay in this hotel anymore

COMFORTABLE HOTEL”
hotel staffs are helpful, although the rooms are old but are clean, beds are comfy. Cantonese eatery and restaurant within the hotel 1st floor. Taxis are easy to get at the taxi stand at the front door.

I would like to comment that they really have fast internet. Room size is okay. Was planning to stay in this hotel for 3 nights and end up extending it to 6 nights. The breakfast was Mariott class. Bed is comfortable. There is construction opposite the hotel which can cause some noises during day time but at night it is fine. Near the hotel is the metro and seven eleven is just around the corner with mc donald just right beside it. Finding a taxi is easy.

Conveniently located with subway just outside the door. Clean and spacious. Excellent breakfast choice and wide variety of food to choose from (Asian and Western).

executive lounge access ”
choose room with executive lounge access. you will get tea time at 2.30 - 5.30 pm (a little snack, tea, coffee, with plenty of soft drinks). then you can have cocktail hour from 5.30 - 7.30 (variety of asian/western cuisine with fruits, cakes, bread, wine and spirits, I guess it's enough for dinner). The minus point I experienced since last year in this hotel is about the taxi, they don't like if you only go to close location, many of them won't use meters, and sometimes they played with the meters. many of the taxi hotel didn't have a driver license at their dashboard, doesn't wear uniform, and sometimes they hiding their licensed card.
