Simple no frill Inn
The price
i spend very little time in the room, just back to the room to sleep. room is not too good but cannot complain as the charges are low. actually you can get a better room for the same rate in that area.

Good for price you pay
Good for price you pay, central location
Stayed there during the Rainforest Music Festival. Location is good, 5-10min stroll to Pullman hotel. Close to lots of food places. Rooms wernt ready for us to check in, and when they told us to come back there still wernt rooms. Nonetheless, good value for money, clean, good enough as a room if you're going to be spending most of your time out.

Can you call it a hotel?
Cheap price
Can you call it a hotel? By my definition, it is not. It's more like a hostel. It is not easy to locate. The room is super small, and the toilet is classical asian style, which westerners may find it not up to their taste. For the cheap price though, I guess it's okay.

Good location but poor room condition
near to town centre
The room price is cheap, and the hotel is near to town centre, a lot of shops and restaurant which are just walking distance from the hotel. The hotel bed sheet is not clean and the room is quite old, anyway I consider quite fair for the price I pay. But one thing that need to be improved, the toilet condition is very poor. I do not expect a very great room but at least the toilet must be clean and in good condition. The sewage pipe is stuck and the water sometimes almost over flow, since the toilet has no air ventilation, the smell from the toilet is unbearable. Besides, the window is out of order. Otherwise the room is quite OK.
