Stayed for 2 days amid the Covid-19. The price is lower than normal but the quality is still maintained. The room and bed is very clean; the facility is new and the location can’t be more perfect. I liked the hotel and would love to stay there again when I visit Utsunomiya next time.

nice convenient location from Utsunomiya station ”
It's just a minute away from Ustunomiya station. It is easy to find a hotel and many restaurants are around. So good for the first time visit. Room was clean and staffs were nice too.

Room is quite small but it's clean. Staff are helpful & corteous. Many restaurants nearby. Gyoza is good in Utsunomiya..

Superb location : near station and restaurants”
Out from south exit, down the escalator and look straight - the hotel is there. NRT airport bus parks in front of hotel. Very impressed with the restaurant open (not cramped) atmosphere and breakfast both western and Japanese.

Great location in front of Utsunomiya Station, easy to get meal for dinner. Altough my rooms looks dated, but have enough space than other hotel and cleans. The carpet smelly, but after open the window for a while and open aircond will be OK. Breakfast with standard meal but OK for the price. Stay for 2 nights without any complain. Thanks

NICE STAY CLOSE TO THE STATION”
We extended our stay for one night as we wanted to visit the fox village which runs public bus only on Tue and Fri. The room was no. 612 in the 6th floor with a view towards another highriser. What we really enjoyed was that it was slightly (2-3m2) bigger than the usual places for the same budget 40-50€ so enough space for all the luggage and no unnecessary extra tables or chairs which just block the way. Everything was clean and working fine. The light made a cosy atmosphere as it was yellowish. The bathroom tiles could use some new paint. Room service cleaned our room nicely. The receptionists were very helpful and friendly. Even took my VOD card back which I by mistake bought in the assumption of changing money for the laundry. The laundry price was 300 plus dryer 200 (and you need two dryer runs) means 700 for a washing plus drying. That is overpriced as we have been washing for one month - either for free or around 200-300 Yen incl. dryer. Rest was perfect. THANKS.

Very close to the JR Station”
I traveled a lot during my stay in Utsunomiya, so having a hotel this close is very convinient. There are many department stores around so didn't worry about food.

Great location just across the road from Utsunomiya train station which is surrounded by gyoza spots. Hotel is a little older than we expected but well maintained. On site parking was included. Would stay again.

For anybody stating or doing business in Utsunomiya, this is an amazing hotel right night to station for a very low price. The rooms are standard business hotel fare, but there are lovely station views from the window, and plenty of local places to eat.

Handy place to go to Nikko.”
Location was great. Just opposite the railway station for day travel to Nikko. Needs a bit of updating. Cheap enough for the night if you want to go to Nikko for the day. Room small, but the norm for cheap hotels in Japan. Bath very deep to climb into for a shower for elderly people like us, and the shower hose was leaking. Staff very helpful and you got to help yourself to tea, coffee and other goods for your stay. Probably would not wish to stay more than a couple of days.

The hotel is serviceable and conveniently located. For the price, a complimentary breakfast would have been wonderful, but a McDonald's shares the building, so a quick meal on the cheap was still able to be found. I didn't experience any English speaking staffers, but they still managed with my horribly broken Japanese language skills. Not a bad place to sleep at all.
