Very strategic location where it located next to Shin-Imamiya Station. Room was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. If you have luggages, the hotel offers you free locker storage where you can keep your luggage while waiting for check-in/out. We’ll definitely stay here again.

From airport to train station to hotel in less than 1 hour. Good breakfast with choice of Japanese or western. But don’t expect great variation of dishes every morning. Still good

I was with my sister. This hotel is so close to shin imamiya and a few walks Dobutsuen-Mae Station. Super clean room, and staff was very helpful, they even lend us their weighing scale for us to be able to check our luggages weight. I will stay in this hotel again when I travel to Osaka again. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really close to the JR station. The room is clean and with no smell. The toilet is with tub. The price is good . There is convenience shop opposite the hotel . Only not too much space for 2 luggage if needed .only for one’s space.

Hotel is just across Shin-Imamiya Nankai station which directly goes to Kansai Airport. There’s unlimited coffee and a microwave in the restaurant where you can stay if you have some work to do. They have luggage storage, free of use, so you can go around the city without bringing your luggage along. The staff were courteous.

Clean, new hotel ”
Hotel it self is clean and new. Rooms are on the small side but sufficient. The biggest setback is the location. There’s very little around the hotel in terms of food/stores, and the area itself is on the lower end of things. But the train ride to Nanba is short, and hotel is just across the street from the station. I didn’t have the buffet, but it’s nice that they have one. Check in/out was quick.
