Recommend the place, old but clean, convenient location
The hotel location is very good, it is just 5 min walk to metro (2 stations) and a bus stop is in front of the hotel, it is located in old house so bathroom smells, our room was cleaned every day, towels are new and of good quality. Comparing prices I would definetely recommend it for several days to sleep. Breakfast is very simple but sufficient to start a day.

Cheap hotel cheap facilities
The price is value for money, staff is helpfully polite, the hotel building is very old, carpets and rooms smell bad and no facilities at all. Very small and old not comfortable beds. This hotel needs renovation and is not recommended.

Conveniently located in Zone 2 with public bus stopping in front of the hotel. 500m to walk either way to TurnHam Green or Stamford Brook tube station. Lovely simple breakfast - only toast bread and coffee/tea/juice. However, no free internet available. Great budget hotel to stay. I will definitely stay here again.

Good choice from Heathrow
It's a nice and cheap little hotel. Three of us arrived very late in the evening to check in for a one-night stay and the staff was really nice and helpful! Oh btw, it's only 3 min walk from the famous Norman Shaw built pub - Tabard!

5 minutes walk to tube station, bus stop in front of hotel, quiet neighborhood. Because this is not 5 star hotel, you should not expect too much. We have no reason to not come back. Bed and breakfast we paid for, and that's what we got.

Urgently need refurbishment
Only 2 good things to mention, location near to bus stop & provide decent breakfast with booking
When I check in, I was told it was fully booked and even though I had requested a ground floor room months ahead during my booking, I was given a room on the first floor which was inconvenient for all my heavy luggage to be taken up the stairs as well as for my aged mother to climb. However the staff did offer help to carry some of my luggage. The first night the water heater was not warm enough due to too many guests using at the same time. I had to wait until midnight to have a warm bath. One part of the room floor carpet was soaked wet for unknown reason and some of the bed were sagging. This hotel needs urgent refurbishment to attract recurring customers.

good location, value for money!
good location and free simple breakfast in the morning
We had a great stay here but unfortunately there was no tea or coffee maker in the room. The room was a bit small. The good thing is they offered us free simple breakfast in the morning with bread toast and juice.
