Old & Need improvements”
The facilities itself need to renovated to meet the modern days requirement. It is old, dusty and need more improvements on the cleanliness. I was surprised at the terrible condition of the room. But the only plus point is the friendly host who tried his best to welcome us.

I appreciated it throughly”
I just needed a place to stay for cheap before taking the plane, but I got much more. It isn't exactly a five star hotel so you wouldn't be satisfied if you were looking for a "pretty" service. In fact the interiors look a little spartan, though I wouldn't say unclean. But in my two weeks trip I tried more than a dozen places, and here I got the lowest price and the biggest room. Tv, refrigerator, a balcony, breakfast. They let me in at midnight even though I was late (sent a mail beforehand). I see a lot of complains about the position, and can't get them. It's 15 minutes from the station, and you just have to walk alongside the river, where there's even a convenient gum pavement that's a pleasure to walk and carry your travel bags on. On my way to the airport I also got a ride from the manager/cook, who is an incredibly kind and selfless person. If you speak some japanese you can have a good time chatting. If you don't, well, what are you doing outta Tokyo in the first place? ; )

Extra Big room”
The room is quite big if compare to other Normal Hotel in Japan. i got two single bed. The bed size should be queen size single. Very comfortable. But our flight is very early, so though the breakfast time is 7:30, we ask whether we can pack our breakfast and take away but was rejected. So, we got no breakfast. If you choose this hotel because the room price include breakfast yet you have a early flight, please choose another hotel.

Motel cum Old Folks Home”
I decided to stay here because it is nearby New Chitose Airport (early morning flight hence this was the only option available which is nearest to the airport) However, I WONT be staying here for my next trip to Hokkaido. 1) Poor Service - Imagine you reach the front door and realized that you have to key in passcode to enter the hotel. Thankfully there was an instruction teaching me what to do. Once entering inside, you need to take the lift to 3rd floor ONLY TO BE SERVED by the hotel staff. 2) Interior - If you don't mind staying in an Old Folks Home, found out that there's no air-cond or fan in your ROOM, dusty blankets and bed sheets, you are most welcome to stay here.

Friendly place to stay ”
We got lost looking for the hotel, and finally got to the convenience store and ask them to get the map code for the hotel. The lady managing the place came and showed us the way. She was wry friendly and helpful. Only disappointing thing about the hotel was the proximity to the airport. It's about 6 km away and you have to get a taxi to the airport or walk to the Jr station.

Our flight got canceled so we looked for the nearest hotel that was still available. The staff was super nice and helpful, she understands our needs and made us a special breakfast because we did not eat meat.

Room is not clean, breakfast is very limited.”
No heater on hallway to bath and shower rooms. Breakfast is very minimal and limited (one piece of bread, half of boiled egg, 1 piece of ham, 1 banana, and a cup of coffee. Room is not that clean. When I checked-in, there're lots of hair and dust on the floor. Price for 1 night is even more expensive than a nicer hotel with nice breakfast and proper toilet, bath and shower (3 stars hotel) in Sapporo city.

Non-value for money”
Friendly staff, big room, clean toilets
Stay was okay considering the close location to chitose airport. However, distance to chitose station can be considered far (1.3km) if you are carrying a 30kg baggage. Toilet was shared to our surprise. We can only blame ourselves for not checking carefully before we book online. We assumed that we would have a private bathroom considering the high cost Breakfast was simple and okay but cold. Pantry was also very cold (13deg C.) The heater seemed to be not working. Staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, we do not know Japanese so we did not speak much. In summary, not value for money. The only positive thing about this place is the shared toilet and bathroom which are pretty clean.

Not bad”
Big room for a single bed. Clean toilet. Location not bad.
Even though I only stayed for one day but I like it for whatever reason because it feel comfortable for the price that I paid which is less than 5000 yen. If you are a solo traveller this is a suitable place for you to stay.
