Well-located, good service and clean rooms
The hotel is extremelly well-located to start a walking or bycicling trip around Ayutthaya. The hotel is managed by a family which always is a good fact. Well-rated rooms with continental breakfast included. The rooms are simple but with good beds and clean. The owners friendly provide good advices for visiting the city

fantastic atmosphere, pleasant owner, great food
the guest house is led by very friendly lady owner. the food served (especially thai curry and papaya salad) were delicious and in good prices. the bungalows, although with fan only, were very exotic and pleasant. highly recommended by us! if we were going to ayuthaya again, we would pick up the same guest house!

Nice hotel in the centre of Ayutthaya
Nice rooms in hut in the hotels garden
The hotel is situated right next to the Wat Mahatat and the bus stop from Bangkok, so its very central. The staff was very nice, caring and helpful. They speak also very good English. The room was situated in a hut in the garden of the hotel. It has a double bed, fan and an own bath room. The WLAN was not accesable from my room, because it was so far away from the main house, but it was just a short walk away so it was okay.

Friendly and Clean. Must love geckos.
Breakfast included. Clean. Friendly. Nice Lobby.
Arrived via Tuk Tuk. Checked in no problem, friendly family with good English greeted me. Room had lots of screens to let the air flow. Kept most of the bugs out. Clean bathroom. Very nice. Good breakfast. Empty, but during rainy season. Hotel has lots of things to eat/drink/and rent (bikes etc).

The best of both worlds
Friendliness and competence of owner and staff; cleanliness and adequacy of rooms; location.
Could easily be a home away from home, in view of the warm hospitality provided at this family-run guest house. Because of her background in a service industry (airline) and knowledge of foreign customs and preferences, the owner has given a lot of attention to every detail - welcome, food, decoration - and succeeded in striking the right balance between simplicity and sophistication. In addition to professional care, she consistently gratified one with that personal touch that made one feel "special". Highly recommended

very home-like atmosphere
near the ruins; clean accommodation
The owner, Mayt, was very warm and friendly. She is one of the persons I will not forget in Thailand because of her true Thai hospitality. I love the interior of the property. Home away from home is what it is to me. They have the most comfortable pillows as well. Clean huts and well-maintained. Drinking water, soap, shampoo/conditioner and towels were provided. The guesthouse provides a relaxing environment with all the plants surrounding within the perimeter. The ruins and old temples are very nearby so you can just walk your way there. Breakfast was simple and basic with toasts, coffee and eggs. Cannot complain with the price I paid for the room. There is wifi as well (strongest connection is at the dining area) and it is free. :) I will definitely stay here again.
