Great value for money”
Clean and comfortable room. Bed was firm as are most in Northern Thailand. Excellent staff, very engaging and informative. Hotel in good location, very close to local market and border crossing to Myanmar which is presently closed. Reasonable breakfast of Thai and western dishes included in room price. Recommend this hotel. Great stay

A very nice traditional hotel”
Lovely big quiet bedroom with kettle and well furnished.Cable television but no English channels.Staff very pleasant.Breakfast was buffet plentiful even a salad bar.Central for the border and only fifteen baby’s to the bus station.We were really satisfied.

QThe Chour Palace was great value for the money. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was very firm but seems that is trendy in Northern Thailand. Excellent staff, great location being very close to local market and just a few blocks to Myanmar border. Breakfast was just ok a couple western options and typical Thai breakfast of rice porridge, eggs and the pan and curry was delicious. Great value for less than $ 35 with breakfast. Rate better than advertised.

Good choice in Mae Sai”
It was difficult to find a proper place to stay in the heart of Mae Sai. Chour Place was definitely one of the best choices, with its location, and affordable price. The room is clean enough although the shower was not functioning properly. Staffs are helpful.

Nearest border Hotel but not clean enough for me”
Hotel is opposite "Kasemrad Hospital", you can go to border by feet. Breakfast was fair for american style. The facilities NOT CLEAN; dust inside room made me sneeze due to allergic to dust, slipper very dirty. It's good for only location located not far from border.

Great Location, clean lodging with a Great Staff”
Needed 2 nights accommodation in Mai Sai and just selected the Chour Palace on line. Arrives to a friendly helpful staff, the front desk woman spoke excellent English. The room was very clean and everything in working order. The breakfast was good with Thai food, eggs and meats and salad coffee/tea. The Location is right on the main street leading to the Border. It is a ten, fifteen minute walk to the border crossing. In fact I could see the Customs, Immigration building from my 5th floor window. I will definitely be staying there when in Mae Sai again. and recommend it to other visitors.

Nicest hotel in Mae Sai, but far from Chiang Rai”
The front-desk women and bellmen were extremely nice and helpful. Chour Palace looked like the nicest hotel on the main drag of Mae Sai. We ended our stay one night early since we thought the hotel would be close to Chiang Rai - it should not be listed under Chiang Rai hotel results. It's 70km away! But, if you interested in checking out the border to Myanmar, the surrounding mountains,the fascinating covered market and excellent street food, I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Chour Palace.

Good Experience as Usual”
Located on the main road in Mae Sai just a few minutes walk from the Myanmar border crossing. Stayed here many times. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable - nicely decorated - comfotable beds - and bathrooms are fine. Staff are always welcoming and polite. Breakfast buffet is OK - typical mix of Western and Thai food. WiFi and internet are a bit unreliable and sometimes slow - the routers seem to overload and cut out quite often and you need to call to reception to get someone to re-set the router. I am sure we will continue to stay here on future visits to Mae Sai

Clean and comfortable hotel near border.”
The Chour Palace Hotel is very clean and nicely decorated. Covered parking was available and the hotel is easy to spot from the street. It is close to the border and street markets. The staff doesn't speak much English and the place seems to be laid back. Took quite a few minutes to locate someone to assist with luggage on checkin and waited 20 minutes in lobby for the bellboy to bring the luggage down. Althouh we didn't get up for the free breakfast, we did have dinner at the hotel. The food was reasonably priced and it was delicious. Our view was of the building next door. The mattress is a bit shorter than the wooden bedframe so be careful not to bang your knee/leg on the foot of the frame as I did numerous times.
