Cozy and good services but have room for improvement ”
Adv: Cozy, clean, super friendly and good services from staff. Free tuktuk services to city. 5 to 10 mins drive to city. You can take tuktuk at 2 usd back to hotel. Enjoyed free 30 mins foot massage. A bit small but still good swimming pool. Disadv: water pressure sometime not stable but actually affect much. Very worth for staying when travelling in cambodia.

Been in 500 EUR+ Hotels, and this was still one of the best experiences in my life - incredible rooms and nice restaurant, to an extremely affordable price.

Friendly staff, good location, cleanliness is a concern”
Booked two rooms, one balcony pool view twin, one king bedroom, my friend who stayed at the twin room had no problem, however, my king rm needs a tremendous amount of attention to keep the hotel at a good raking Pros: staffs are helpful, location is centric Cons: my king room is one of the only two rooms located on the third floor (roof)of the hotel. The room is very similar to the description of agoda, so at first sight it worked totally fine. Not until I crawled into bed and discovered various spots on the sheets (blood stain, hair strands, saliva stains and smelly pillow case). the bathroom sink was clogged and various 'fungal shaped' stains were refluxed back to the sink, it was quite disgusting. The toilet seat was stained with splashes of urine and cannot be removed. The room has a foul smell. Insects and gecko were common , which is understandable, but When i woke up to a half dead giant cockroach on the floor, I knew the hotel has A lot to work on its hygiene.

Nice resort”
It's a pretty nice resort and the service is great, staffs are very helpful and they have free tuk-tuk to take you to old market and pick you up. Overall it's a very good resort, not very big, location is not bad for me, but 15 mins tuktuk to old market.

Great serene location”
Great serenity at the hotel, staff was helpful and courteous. Tuk tuks ferry was available to nearby amenities and town for food. General cleanliness was good but the toilet was choke on the last night before we depart. Apart from that everything was good

Great little boutique hotel”
Stayed here for a couple nights to see Angkor Wat, obviously. When I arrived, I was given a nice refreshing welcome drink while they checked me in. They upgraded my room for free and showed me in. It was nice, modern, and massive. The staff at the hotel was extremely nice, great. They have a free tuk tuk service to get you into the city and back, even though a regular tuk tuk is pretty cheap. I imagine it's better for single/female travelers to use a known tuk tuk though. The only thing of note is that you should do some research and find a reputable guide for Angkor Wat ahead of time. They offer tour services, but the English guide provided did not speak English well. Most guides I saw/heard at the park seemed hit or miss. I opted for just a tuk tuk my second day and it was a much better experience just going alone. This location isn't walking distance to the downtown area. I did find a great nearby bar that just opened called Sam Brothers 2. Very local, I was the only foreigner
