The Chymes Residence. Brand new Condominium 2 LRT stations away from KLCC Station. Unlimited internet

Tastefully furnished. Fully air conditioned. Appliances : washing machine, kitchen, stove. refrigerator , LED TV & water heaters.

Ensuite master bedroom with 2nd guest room, both comes with double bed and generous storage. Single bunk bed in 3rd room.

3 tier security . Condo Amenities :Infinity pools, sauna, squash courts, state of art gymnasium, Pool&roof top bbq pits & roofpark.

The condo total size is 1120 sqft. The living room comes fully air conditioned. Ample space for dining and cooking.

Very clean & quiet during nighttime ”

Easy to check-in and check-out. Got 2 parking lots & 2 access cards upon request. The apartment was very clean & all the facilities provided were excellent including washer, dryer, tv, fridge, airconditioners, microwave & cooking stove. However, the rice cooker was only able to set to warm but cannot cook. Wifi was a bit slow & the blankets were thin. There are 3 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 1 single bed plus another 1 single foldable mattress), master bedroom’s curtain were not fully covering the windows to block out the city lights. The swimming pool is lovely. Going to the KLCC is very convenient; book a Grab car & take the train from Damai LRT station. It is very near to MINDEF for work-related business. Overall the stay is worth the price & I’m very satisfied with the service.

The place is good and spacious. Value for money. Facilities was good. No shower gel or shampoo provided (finish maybe from previous tenant). TV not so clear as i need to find the channel myself, some of the channel not so clear. Overall, good stay.
