Great Little Find....brand New Hotel”
This is newly built and has a perfect location in district 1. It’s down a little street, which looks initially daunting, but it’s absolutely fine. Careful, as there are 2 hotels with a similar name, and we ended up in the wrong one initially.

Advertised as 4 stars but more like 2”
The staff were lovely and the room was great. The location isn't easy to find on google maps or grab. The side street it's down is only for motorbikes. There's a gate that shuts at 10pm which makes it safe but I wasn't told this which turned into a shock when I went back after 10pm. I was given a key for the gate just not told what it was for. There was warm water in shower but it didn't get hot and runs out quickly, I had a few cold showers during my stay. Also there are cockroaches but again I think that's very common in hcmc. I would recommend for a short stay but if going for longer I'd look elsewhere.

Disappointing”
When we arrived it was like they did not know we were coming. They said let me check to see if your room is ready, the time was 8.30 pm? They said yes it is ready and then gave us the ground floor room, the only ground floor room. Online I see you could book the ground floor room but we did not book this. It was very dark and always had a bad smell coming from the bathroom drain. From this room you could hear everyone coming and going from the hotel, the room is next to the lift. The staff would play music and even have friends over for food and drinks. Very loud, other floors may be OK but ground floor was terrible.

Location good, facility not good, hard for taxi driver”
The hotel is inside an alley with a difficult Y turn due to the width of alley. Hard for taxi to enter and exit this hotel. The hotel does NOT have warm or hot water. The staff don't speak English. Otherwise, it's in walking distance of bars, clubs, Banh Thanh market.

They are not sure which room have you booked. The bathroom is very small and the taps and shower is broken. Did not get hot water for bath. Only the staff is understanding. I will not recommend this hotel for anyone.

Hard to find, and felt unsafe”
This location is down a hard-to-find alleyway, and around the corner. I'm a large athletic man, so I wasn't afraid but it might be sketchy for someone else navigating down this alley to/from the hotel. The room is very tiny, and the backdoor of the first floor room was actually non-lockable and thus accessible to someone who's willing to climb the wall to enter my room. Didn't feel comfortable leaving my belongings there because of that.

Hotel wasn’t very clean ”
The building is nice, looks like it was built pretty recently. It’s in an alley way which is a bit concerning when you get there at night, but was fine. The staff at the front were nice. The main concern was the cleanliness of the room. It looked like they hadn’t changed the sheets from the previous guests. There was clumps of multiple different types of hairs that definitely wasn’t ours, and what looked like flakes of skin in the sheets. We also got eaten alive by mosquitos at night. Unfortunately wouldn’t recommend.

Terrible service”
Our toilet was blocked when we got there, and it took them 2 days to give us a new room. No refund for it either. There were also hairs and a used shaver in the toilet. Staff were rude and unhelpful

Good stay”
The hotel was under new ownership so they were still transitioning. The staff did absolutely everything they could to make us comfortable. They do need to update their photos though, the room we stayed in didn't look anything like the photos on Agoda. We would stay here again though.
