Exceptional”
The unit is spacious. The location is great. Staying here for Tennis Junior Tournament at NTC. Pretty close as it is 5 minutes drive. Stay for 4 days 3 nights. Kitchenette is available, the cooking utensils are all complete. Overall stay is worth the money. The only cons is the parking which is pretty expensive. No dedicated parking for the unit.

The closest train station is pretty far, so you have to take Grab or Uber which can sometimes be difficult if you don't have internet all the time on your phone.. It is also a bit confusing when you arrive in the shopping center to find the right direction. But that's really the only drawbacks, all else was great. Mr Tan and Elly were really nice and helpful. They changed rooms for me as the wifi in the room I booked didn't work and gave me tips on what to see and what to do in KL. The room was clean, spacious and modern, with free drinks and a great view. There's a swimming pool and a gym available. There are plenty of shopping to do and restaurants to choose from as you will be in a big shopping center. It might not be the best for people on a budget as it is more on the upscale side.

As the title suggest, we had a lovely stay here :- - strategic location - lots of food and shopping - all the basic amenities of a hotel room provided except toothbrush/toothpaste - really comfortable bed and pillow Cons :- - no floormat provided for exiting bathroom with wet feet - have to pay extra for parking But seriously, the cons are only minor inconveniences compared to the comfort and convenience we experienced staying here. Not only recommended but will stay here again when I next visit KL. To the owners, please keep up the good work.

Perfect Place & Hosts”
I've always stuck to the traditional hotel and this is the 1st time I booked a condo unit for an overseas travel. The Tan's (unit owners) were just amazing. They treated me like family visiting their city. Mr. Tan even drove me to a nearby SEA Games venue one morning. The condo is in a great neighborhood with an upscale mall downstairs and tons of restaurants. It's about 15mins away from KLCC which is not too far. I highly recommend this place rather than getting a hotel.

Great location and value for money”
We've stayed at this place a couple of times and we liked it a lot. The administration is fuss-free and Mr Tan (and Mrs Tan) who helped checked us in are so hospitable and kind. They made sure we are comfortable and our needs like mineral water are met. The place is clean and tidy and if you're not too fussy as to expect hotel standards, this is the next best thing! Also much to be said of the location. For us, it is a perfect location as it is quiet central. Love the avante garde nature of the Publika mall. Not too commercial like other malls. Which suits our taste for a relaxing stay in KL.

Nice service apartment located in a high-end district”
As it's a service apartment, the owner received me and my friend at a nearby convenience store in order to give us the keys. The district can be quite difficult to find for travelers who's going there for the first time, the taxi took us to another shopping mall instead and we had to take another taxi there. Location wise, there are some shopping malls nearby, but if you want to go to KLCC or Times Square, then it can be quite far. We chose this apartment because it is very near to an aesthetics clinic which my friend had an appointment scheduled. The room is big and clean, and it comes equipped with a tv, microwave, mini fridge, iron and thermal pot. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and a supermarket in the shopping mall's basement. Overall, a nice place to chill out for a couple of days.

I needed a place in Publika so the location was fantastic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only con was that the check-in procedure is more complicated than at a standard hotel but they send detailed instructions on how to do it.

Best place to stay for exhibitor held at matrade or mitec”
You won't need to worry about getting transport to expo (grab stop just at the entrance), the location is very near (can rest more & won't be late or stuck in traffic jam), restaurants, cafe, grocery even entertainment are just down stairs inside the mall. Strongly recommend to exhibitor especially joining events held by MATRADE or MITEC.

Pros - The location is strategic and very very convenient. It has all your need right under the building. The owner is helpful and will do their best to assist you. Thank you Elly and Bryan Cons - Parking is a little messy and the lifts numbering can be confusing for first timer. More info should be provided.

Worth the money!”
I booked the place because it was the closest to Publika Shopping Gallery in which I went to a show at. Little did I know that the place is linked to it! So literally after a minute walk out of the guesthouse you'd be in the mall already. So convenient!

A familiar home now”
I first stayed here in April'07 not expecting much but was surprised by the convenience of the place and the hospitality of the owners, Mr & Mrs Tan. Being familiar with a place is good so whenever I'm in KL, this would likely be the place I'll stay!
