It was great and perfect but it could be better if
in general, it was great experience at the resort. The staff from the restaurant, bar, room attendants are great. They are quite helpful and supporting. Personally, i found that most international staff (Sri Lanka, Philippine..etc) are more approaching. With 8 years working in Hospitality industry, i felt that Front Office staff under their performance and they are not quite friendly which is crucial as Front office is a front face of the business. They also left me a very bad impression by sending me a Chinese letter to welcome me at the resort even though i have given my Australian passport. I could not find any letter in English at all. By the end of my stay, they have sent another letter in regards to checking out with a completely wrong spelling of two of us. My surname is Le became LI and my wife's surname is PHAM became PALM. i have asked for a change at the checkout but they could not do it (i left that letter in the Feedback box as the evidence, please check). Our stay at the resort was perfect but it was really annoying with the Chinese group. They are noisy anywhere i meet them at the resort. Room 103 (mine was 104) was arguing all night in Chinese (shouting and screaming included). We had to leave the bar when the Chinese group has arrived as they are speaking so loud. it is just sharing but not a complaint so please do not get me wrong.

Wonderful and relaxed place
Happy to have selected this resort. The only killer price is the airplane from Male to Hakuraa. If you choose this resort, maybe be consider by booking the air plane directly from TMA (Trans Madivian Air). Cause my was booked by this resort. Which cost more, around USD100/pax.

Amazing location!
I've come with my boyfriend for a 3-night stay for the water bungalow all inclusive package. The room was amazing! All essentials are in, cleaning was done regularly, and I highly advise a dip in the water every morning. The food was a good mix, but mostly Maldivian cuisine - which was perfect - because we love it, very close to Indian cuisine! They had a salad and pasta station which were both very popular in the buffet. Complimentary snorkeling gear and trips were done twice per day, the corals were beautiful, the water was so clear and everything we've imagined it to be. I can only give 2 downsides: the airport transfers and drinks. The transfers were only twice a day, which means you need to plan your flights carefully, but the sea plane adventure was great! They only serve instant coffees and cordial fruit juices which were disappointing. If you want quality coffee, you'd have to pay 6 USD for it. Otherwise a great place to stay in the Maldives!

Wasted Time in Transit
Water Bungalows, Food, All Inclusive Package
The only negative aspect of staying at this resort is the distance from Male and the amount of wasted time we lost in transit. Had to wait 2 hours for the seaplane on our way to the resort. And then we needed to leave the resort very early at 7am because another couple who shared our flight needed to be back in Male for a connection. If this was planned better 4 of us could have enjoyed one last leisurely buffet breakfast (which we paid for) and depart at 9am with plenty of time for our connection. This was probably cost saving by the Seaplane company and not the resort. The resort could have at least had a chef on duty to cook us bacon and eggs, but instead we had fruit, cereal and toast.
