Very friendly staff, rooms clean and modern. This hotel is cheap and very clean. If I have to stay some time in BKK I like to live here. Every room has a fridge and a kitchenette. Shops are not very near and some hard to find. Near DMK airport and Chatuchak market. Many chinese travel groups.

Lovely place, located far ! ”
Overall the place was lovely. And after checking reviews online we decided to book at cinnamon. The location is very far from city centre! Whenever we used to take a grab/taxi they would ask us to use the highway because of the distance. It was until later I discovered that the hotel provide transport to the nearest train BRT. That’s when we started using the train. Overall the hotel ambience was good. Also would have been lovely if they served continental breakfast. There was more of eastern cousine so we ended up having eggs & bread only which was frustrating at the end so we weren’t even bothered to go to the breakfast hall we would just go have something out. The rooms were good. It’s a nice quite place besides location n breakfast everything was good.

Location close to airport, but not handy to public transport as yet, BTS not complete. Facility is 2.5 stars at best, nowhere near 4 stars. Uncontrollable Chinese tour group , 4 buses of them.

The staff has been excellent throughout my trip, they have been very accommodating and have been assisting us throughout. Even go to the extra mile to buy food for us, send us to the nearby 7-11 and waited for us. However, there are rooms for improvement, especially for the rooms. The aircon is exceptionally cold and the controller is unable to adjust the temperature, the room heater is not working and there are a lot of mosquitoes in the rooms. Some of the rooms, The TV/tv remote control and safe were also not working. If not for the promotional price, it will definitely be not worth it.

Bad service by a staff spoils my 6days trip in thailand”
I would like to particularly highlight a female staff working in the restaurant for this place. I regret to share that the service standard of this lady, tall and relatively bigger build as compared to the rest of the staff, has a very bad attitude. 2 occassions i would like to share: I took my water bottle into the restaurant during breakfast for consumption of medicine. While i was leaving the restaurant, she stopped me and look into my cup (i was using those hot flask with cup to consume my water). I wasnt offended initially as she might just want to check if i took any drinks out from breakfast. But her disrespectful face tells me otherwise. The next day, i visited the restaurant again for breakfast. I could not locate the milk for my coffee. Saw her again, and asked her politely. She told me "no milk, only creamier". Again, with the same look. However, few moments later, a caucasian went to her and asked for milk. She bended over and fished out the milk from the fridge. I was sitting near the counter and saw the entire episode. Double standard! I hope the hotel can share this feedback with her. And i am glad the rest of the staff is not at all like her. Exactly what I was looking for”
I was very pleased that the reviews I had read concerning Cinnamon residence were accurate. The room was very clean. There was ample space. The staff was very friendly and at least one person at the desk every time I went could speak English. I ended up getting food poisoning from a different location and the staff was very helpful in getting me to the hospital quickly even though it was early in the morning. I found the two common complaints I read in others reviews to be true. 1. Location - it is not near downtown Bangkok, but for me this was perfect because I was doing business up more in the area of the hotel. 2. Noise - there was a decent amount of noise late at night and early in the morning mostly due to tour buses travellers. Because the hallways are tiled, the scuffing of everyone's feetnin the hotel slippers just about drove me mad, but it only lasted for short periods of time. My suggestion for that is to lay some carpet down the middle of the hallway to absorb the sound. That was my only complaint. I will definitely stay here again when I come back up this way.

Great place to stay near Don Mueng Airport”
We stayed here because it was relatively close to Don Mueng Airport. The staff were very helpful in getting us a taxi for our trip onwards into Bangkok. If you need to stay at a hotel relatively close to the Don Mueng Airport, I highly recommend Cinnamon Residence for a comfortable but also classy and elegant stay.

My staying at the Cinnamon Residence was quite pleasant. The room was big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The hotel is not very near to the main road. However the staff took me there whenever I wanted by a golf car. I definitely recommend it.

Stayed at Cinnamon residence because it is located close to DMK airport and BTS. Very friendly staff, rooms clean and modern. The aircon situated directly opposite the bed was a bit disturbing for me but others might like it.
