it not locate as it's say”
hard to find the place, no name no anything, and check in time only from 14-19. and the place is not on that location. so i have to walked like around 400m. and got a shared bathroom with other. it's a nice room, but the room is no isolated at all, you hear everything what you the other room was doing.

stay there only if you don't have other options ”
We stayed at giovana room at cinque terre holidays. Réception is located in the main street but they have rooms at different places in the town. Our room waslocated quite far from The center, on the top of the hill but right above the train station. Location is not great but the view from the house is great. The room Has no window thus no view at all. We were there in July, it was really hot inside and no fan. We asked the boss for a fan. He told us he would bring one for us, but never did. The night was a nightmare. It was full of mosquitoes and no plug or whatsoever. Even with mosquito repellent I got stung quite a lot. The walls are really thin and make the room really noisy. We could hear clearly our neighbor who was on the phone until 2am. There was a sign about hot water and the fact that you have to open the tap and wait for a bit. I left it open for 10 minutes and hadn't got a drop of hot water... So only cold shower. In conclusion, giovana was a terrible place. No window, really hot, no fan, cold water, lot of mosquitos and really noisy.

Cheap but beautiful”
We stayed one night in Riomaggiore, and the room we got was super cute. The staff guided us to our room (which is a minute or so to walk from the reception, through some beautiful back alleys), gave us tips as to what we should do, where we should go and where to eat, and carried our baggage (which felt over the top, since it was really heavy, but we can't complain). The room we lived in on the fifth floor was all blue, with a fan, big windows, and a nice view. All in all, we can totally recommend it. It's not your typical hotel, but you will most definetely remember it.

Good location, very simple hotel”
We loved the town and the hotel was simple but good for our needs. No air con, breakfast or Internet and it was up SEVERAL flights of stairs and very small bathrooms. But they provided towels and a fridge and a fan. Riomaggiore is lovely so we enjoyed our stay here.

Peaceful relaxing”
Attentive staff who replaced the faulty toilet bowl covers on our 2nd night without us informing and responsible boss who got the electric power back on the 1st night after a few runs through and fro.

You should be strong to get to the room with luggage. 5th floor with no lift was horrible
