surprising place
first is the sign there is no sign of the villa.. only little wings how do we know that was there.. second the place.. i feel shock when we entered the area.. it was like we were in the horror scenery.. third is the cleanliness we got the left side room.. the two single bed room.. when i entered the bathroom, i felt spider web on my leg, and many big black ants.. one cockroach find, and the most shocking was there is worm on my bed.. my mom n i was very scared.. i think the staffs there need to clean the room weather there is a guest or not everyday.. just to check n maintain the room so it would be nice if there is group or guest stay there..

Good if you are looking for a place to sleep only
The Hotel name sign is not clear especially if you look it in the night like me. The gate is also Not open, need to park your car in the road side then ask the staff inside if this is the right place, afterward then the gate will be open. During the night the gate will also be Locked, yes locked and no one is waiting for the gate, you need to wait until the staff wake up and open the gate. The room I rent is the one in main wooden building, and in the night I can hear the guest in the next room talking very clearly.

Cheap & quite near to city center ( 10 min by vehicle via tubagus ismail). Room is fine+hot water
Car park is large, green garden but the cheapest room has no view. Wooden room has no soundproof, but nice enough to get rest for one night vacation on bandung.

Maintenance & Supevising needed...
Great place to stay, we stayed at the villa. It's a 2 floor mini house with a living room, kitchen, with microwave, stove, and fridge on the first floor, and a big bedroom with balcony on the 2nd floor. All of that for the price. It's a good bargain. Location is great, atmosphere, cold but not too cold, exiled but not far. Just perfect for us. We can reach the city or mountains easily. and it's strategic to outsmart the dago traffic. The downside... First is the maintenance of the facility. The middle structure of the bed is broken. We asked the staff to fix it but it can't be permanently fixed, and it brake down again at night, but thanks God it didn't fall apart and still usable (with caution). Some of the curtains are broken and can't be opened. Window locks are broken and replaced by wires. The shower hose is leaked but still usable. And some other minor, not so important but "cancered" the place. The balcony is not "staged" well. dirty, no benches or anything so it's just a wast of space. Second is the interior design. Some furniture and color scheme just doesn't fit. This place needs a retouch. This place got the potential to give a very great vibe and a visual experience. But for the functional mind it really doesn't matter. I think this place needs a supervisor to keep things up. Because I don't think the staffs can't handle it. With all of the downsides. I still recommend it, especially for the value for money part. Bur for travelers who wants room services, it's not suited for you.

What an amazing room
The room was all covered by wood, it felt so warm while it was cold outside. Full facilities with a water dispenser, nice & wide bathroom, but I couldn't open the window. But overall it was a great vacation, I'll come again.

Decent budget hotel
Pros: unique, quite, free big mineral water, large rest room, budget. Improvable: staff should be more active to help, solution to: parking place right in front of your room, the cars make noise right on your door and the smoke gets in as well
