Pleasant stay with seamless check-in experience overall. Notable highlight is the location with walkable distance to Lippo Plaza Batu (decent shopping mall) and other great Indonesian cuisines such as Ayam Tulang Lunak. Room cleanliness and facilities (takes about 10 mins to warm up hot water for showering) can be improved.

The hotel is located near the city center (Alun-Alun), so those who love to walk can easily go to the city center. The building is old, with minimum facility, but hey, they have a pool, and you will have your breakfast by the pool. They have two buildings for the rooms, each building consists of three floors, and each floor has around 15 rooms. The furniture and interior feel and look old but still comfy

Good & clean swimming pool, but room equipment are below standard, normal price a bit high for this kind of facilities, breakfast is soso. Near with shopping mall, attractions spot, KUD, and conter of the city.

The location of the hotel is quite good but the road going inside is bit small,the rate of hotel is not expensive since the facility is just average, the card key of the room is not working first time we use and need to call technician to fix it. The cleanliness is poor as the towels look dark as well as the bed cover and bed sheet you can see stains on it,bathroom is stinky and door is broken.We ask for wedding anniversary amenities but is nothing when we came in the hotel,my sister need to ask the reception and request but they charge quite expensive for a simple set up.We will definitely think twice if we will come back to this hotel in the future!

Good place to crash on Batu”
We stayed at 1st floor room, near the lobby, its quite loud to hear people talking outside the room. Not comfortable during night time sleep. The room is okay small. But the wall isnt clean from scrath and stains. Luckily the shower is very nice with its warm water. The tv channels are top notch. The breakfast is okay considering its room price. The hotel location is quite good. Near many restaurants and food sellers. Overall is very okay, but could've been better.
